Pathetic service!
Pathetic service. They sit with my package in PE but didn't send it to Graaff-Reinetters because there weren't enough packages to send to ITT who does the delivery!

Phoned numerous times and emailed them with a problem. Received a mail stating they will contact me within 24 hours, 3 days later and still waiting!

This company is a ****. just lost R17000. When you pay they add delivery cost and then a courier company sends you an e-mail that you have to pay the full price for insuring the product. Don't be ****med like me.

This company is a ****. Bought a gearbox paid for it R15999 and additional R799 delivery fee. Received an e-mail from Equate Logistics to pay another R12500 for insurance. The number Dtrain used for correspondence showed on true caller to be same as Equate logistics. They also have also ****med people using Equate Auto parts. Do not use this company

Incompetent!
The worst company to deal with! Trying to buy a caravan and every time I inquire about a specific caravan somebody from a call center will phone me with no details or information of the caravan. Then they tell you someone from the specific branch will phone you after they asked for your number they just phoned you on and then if you are LUCKY someone from the branch will phone you with no idea what you enquired about and when you tell them they also have no information on the caravan. Just totally incompetent!!!!

Dishonest car Dealership
Dishonest car dealership!!! Bought a NP 300 Double cab on 20/04/2021 from them. The price was low so I kept asking what was wrong with the car. They said it was in a small accident but all was fixed. The repairs wasn't done neatly so I decided to buy it and get it fixed after he assured me that was the only problem. We then found that the chassis and cradle was bent. I had to get it fixed and Auto Addicts refuse to pay for it. I have now taken them to the ombudsman! They also sell cars footstoots and according to the consumer act it is illegal!!

Uiters swak diens
Swakste diens ooit. In December het my modem moelikheid gegee en ophou werk na sleg twee weke se gebruik. Eers word daar vertel dat ek in gebied is met geen sein al het dit vir omtrent twee weke op dieselfde plek gewerk. Moet ook nie probeer om Customer Support op naweke of vakansie dae te kontak nie want niemand antwoord die foon nie. Uiteindelik laat hulle weet ek moet die modem op my eie onkoste terug stuur. Nadat ek weier word gereel dat dit teen hulle onkoste gedoen word maar dit Dit neem van 6 Januarie wat als gereel is tot 14 Januarie voordat hy opgetel word. 17 Januarie kontak hulle weer om te hoor of hulle al die modem gekry het. Volgens Jan het hulle dit nog nie ontvang nie maar sou dit Maandag 20 Januarie kry en my dan regmaak en teruvoering gee. 27 Januarie stuur ek 'n boodskap aan hulle oor hulle swak dien en geen terugvoer. Ek word toe meegedeel dat die modem 100% werk en hulle my geld gaan terugbetaal want daar is nie by my sein nie. Als leuns aangesien die modem vir omtrent 2 weke reg gewerk het en op dieselfde plek ophou werk het. Hulle wil duidelik nie probleme uitsorteer nie!! Gelukkig het ek darm nou my geld terug.
