I contacted you guys for a credit boost(boosting of points on credit report) initially i spoke to a guy which advised me it will cost R3000 i then never went threw with it, after a few months i called again and spoke to a female we then confirmed full payment of R3000 for the credit boost, docs were requested and sent, the confusion started when i got a sms stating that another R3000 will be deducted, once again only whatsapp communication so i dont know who i spoke to i then advised that i did not sign up for debt review as it was stated my application fees are R3000 and another R7500 for i duno what needs to be paid, we then managed to sort that out and got the extra debt orders cancelled in that process i received a ref number from VCCB stating the claim has been logged which i thought was for the credit boost they then started emailing me directly requesting docs etc, which i sent to them they then informed me that the ID and name and surname does not match up and cannot process anything. I then emailed back with all relevant docs, i got a call today directly from VCCB to advise that i logged a dispute for debt removal i told them i did not and that i paid you guys to do a credit boost we then came to the conclusion that someone whoever on your side that submitted the dispute sent incorrect information also when you guys submitted you submitted as ME the consumer and not the 3rd party company hence why they thought me the customer sent incorrect information and contacted me directly , so the people at VCCB has now so far been helping me and trying to speed up this process. which was explained to me that it does not take longer than 20days I dont know what you guys are doing or what i paid you for this is well over the 30-60 day period as i paid payment in August and we almost in November with no solution from you guys. At this point i dont even know if a credit boost thing exist cause i have no defaults nothing on my name, the only reason why i contacted you guys was to get a credit score boost which was explained to me if payment is made it will increase by 500points which will put my credit report right over the top i duno if this is a **** or if the people working there does not know what they doing. there is no way to get intouch with them only via whatsapp you can try to call email no response at all so you do not know who you talking to on whatsapp and it seems its different people as the 1 doesn know what the other is doing
Worst service ever, paid for installation got a call to install They needed a trench to be knocked in order to install, we did the necessary told them it's ready and was still sent numerous messages only for them to tell you it is now 14days waiting SLA and I have to wait for them to come I asked them to give me the contact numbers of vuma that they use for there installations they don't have a contact number they only log tickets and you the customer has to wait till when vuma decides to contact you they don't follow up nothing it's all just a waiting game..they don't bare in mind that now a days tvs everything works with wifi so once that is off its like load shedding everything is on shut down..ridiculous systems in place and no matter of urgency
Good Day I trust all is well. I would like to bring to your attention what happened to our flight on the 9th August 2022. My flight was booked for 11am from Johannesburg to Cape town on the 9th August 2022, of cause we are from Cape Town and not familiar with Johannesburg airport process, we got at the airport at 10.15am and asked around for directions, which we were sent from 1 place to another, when we eventually got to the check in it was 10.35am and was told that the plane has departed and we missed our flight, the gentlemen also advised that we had to be there 15mins before the time, which is our case was 25mins before but could not board the plane. We were then sent to the reservation desk, only to find out that more than 10 people has missed that same flight, due to the 1 of CEM AIR representative by the name of Jacqueline closing the gate at 10.30am. She then advised that she herself closed the gate at 10.30 and she is well aware of traffic, airport parking and people that get lost on the airport that might cause some delay. So here is my question if she could provide all those details as to why you may late, why would she not wait and just decide to close the gate at 10.30am We then had to pay a full R3000.00 extra to get another flight which was only at 4.15pm, I have attached images of flights in process and tickets showing 15mins before the time, all the flights give time to the passengers and even leave 5 or 10mins later than schedule. One of the ladies did a self-check in and was left at the airport, two other young ladies had to be in Cape town for work and had to sign lost of conduct not knowing if they still might have a job when they arrive in Cape Town, these are only a few to mention apart from all the other passengers that were left behind. One of her colleagues asked if she could not get us on the 11.30am flight and she did not even bother to answer her. Now I would have understood if it was only us that missed the flight and would take full responsibility for being late, but so many people missing the same flight at the exact time, it tells me that this is the way CEM AIR operates so that they can get more money out of clients, cause if we could not pay the amount of R3000.00 to change the fight I would have lost all my money and had to re-book a complete new flight, bare in mine I had a 2 year old baby with me, our hotel reservation was completed if we could not come up with the money we would have had no place to stay and would have probably be left on the streets with my baby as I would not be able to get home. CEM AIR airlines are frauds and disgraceful, they close there gates on passengers so that they can get more money, the 15MINS that is stipulated on your tickets was not given to us in this event, and we had to lend money to pay the extra R3000.00. I can not express how angry I am, CEM AIR has no customer service at all, and wants to suck the last cent of you!!!!! Good Day, i would like to share this, i paid max law in 2019 November about more than R6000.00, to clear my bad credit profile, in 2020 when covid started i got a call to advise that they can only assist if and when i close a few of my accounts, i then paid and closed 3 of my accounts, i have been trying to get hold of someone since then, every time i call they tell me i have signed up with Durban branch when i call Durban there line does not work at all, i called Cape Town branch they advised a manager will be calling me, still no feedback i want this sorted ASAP!!!!!
i am utterly disturbed by rewards co, i received a call from them the consultant advised about there product/rewards to reduce my high call rate on my vodacom contract i then asked if this would increase my installment she advised that my new installment will be R230.00 if i take this with them, as i was trying to explain that i would not like to ahead as i have a upgrade due etc she dropped the call in my face so she can take up my time but as soon as she found out that she can not sell the product she just hung up, i am very disappointed that vodacom would be giving my information to such unprofessional people!!!!
