I spoke to Marlize and she was supper helpful assurant specific and pastient with all my questions. She was super friendly and even when the call dropped she contacted back. Thank you Marlize i hope my experience with dot sure will be more pleasant than oneplan so i can add my other dogs aswell.
This was such a great experience it's the 1st time we sold our car instead of trading it in. We got effortless service Preva came to us he gave us the best deal and everything was smooth sailing from there. As soon as they receive the car payment is done in 15min and your on your way. Preva was the best he honestly went out of his way and when we got to the dealership at Bobby's it was such a good quick service with a great fun happy atmosphere good crowd of people. This is the way to go to sell your car their service and offers are far better than wheelie and we buy cars.
We bought pizza from the range view branch and was a complete disappointment. Almost no topping the cheese is old and hard and thin on top and you can taste that the pizzas products is old. Will never buy there again
I have been struggling to receive my refund from takealot for almost a month now. It took them almost 2 weeks to respond to me and now is continuing to go forward. They say it's because of a seal of the package how am I supposed to check the product without opening the box there was absolutely no damages to the product. Now they are bringing up the next question why I took so long to return the item. According to what I have searched on the internet I have 6 months to return the product. All other places Leroy and merlin makro ex does not worry about opened boxes what makes takealot so special that all of a sudden I damaged a product by opening a box. I will not be shopping or supporting them again they are horrible to deal with.
We have been out of wifi since last week Thursday been logging tickets since. We are rite about gatvol with their empty promises and service and do lot know what to do further. They were supposed to come through today before 17h00 but no technician has arrived. We are still without wifi. We work from home home and this causes alot of issues and frustration. Please if you can assist we will be greatful.
<p>I changed my cellphone network from Cell C to Vodacom the worst mistake of my life it took my phone 2weeks to work. I had to wait more than a month for my free cordless charger only finding out that they dont have any available anymore did not inform me. I have no service at my house and filled a complaint in april 2 weeks after i called and they said that they filled it under the wrong complaints categorie. on the 16th of may i filled another complaint and followed up today the type of service absolutely shocking they said that this is under investigation and could take more than 14 days its been more than 14days i have no phone to use when theres for ex an emergency at my house or if my alarm goes off the security company cannot contact me. The worst cellphone network in the world i regret everyday moving from Cell C. Since day one with Vodacom it has been a struggle and the worst service ever.</p>
