If there was anything less than a 1 star rating then I'd use it. I submitted my details on the 15th of August and till today it still hasn't gone for a tax derivative. I called last week and spoke to a Tshepo who told me he would submit it for a tax derivative and i should wait 48 hours which was on the 26th. Today I called and held for the longest time again and spoke to Phindile and she told me the exact same thing a week later. Nothing has been done yet on the claim for almost 8 weeks and this is utter nonsense to be honest. Can we have I feedback on this matter, though looking at the lack of response to other complaints, clearly it won't happen. I have no reason to re-invest or even refer anyone after this shoddy service. Momentum umbrella fund took less than 21 days after submission, I think I will move everything there.
This is one of the worst property companies to exist. They care more about money than they do its tenants. I have lived in their building for 7 years and have made sure I do my best to cover rent, work or no work. Covid-19 hit us all hard however I still made sure I pay. I recently started a new job, I went to their office on the 29th to inform them I won't have cash and made an arrangement for the 15th and I come home to find that my lights have been switched off even though the agreed date has not passed yet. Me my daughter will have sleep in the dark and we have a building manager who is rude and never willing to assist the tenants. I thank God I got a new job in a very difficult time, this month is the last month they ever mistreat me and the very last month they ever get a cent from me, I am canceling my lease tomorrow and they have lost a loyal tenant in me.
I honestly am not one to complain and have never had any bad relations with any company, however the level of unprofessionalism in the company and the mistreatment of their consultants is sickening. Furthermore I was not paid my commission because I opted to seek for employment elsewhere and I was never silent about all the wrong things that is going on in the company. Not paying me like they did other consultants that resigned caused a huge dent in my life, my kids are without food, I couldn't pay for rent and have started a new job on a very bad note because they failed to keep thier word. It's hard to fight them because whatever action I take, it will affect the consultants who are trying to make an honest living and at a time like this in SA, unemployment is very high. There is alot of unfair and wrongful business practice in the midrand branch which doesn't even have an HR department for employees to lay thier grievences, breach of the POPI act in terms of customer information and I have proof but I couldn't fight them for my commission because it would affect other agents, parents and people like me who are trying to make a living to provide for thier families. What's worse is they tried to intimidate me when I spoke up against them and the payment, I sent the boss a message in he did not seemed concerned.
I would like to thank Norah Keetsi Matlou who is the branch Manager at the Doornfontein Post office for her excellent service and very vigilant assessment of my very desperate situation. She solved my problem in minutes with a smile and the greatest of kindness. Thank you ever so much to you your staff.
So DMC owea me a credit balance of R11799 that is due back to me from my closed capitec loan and they had promised to pay it back within 7-14 working days and that was over 20 days ago. They have been giving me the run around and got a very rude response when i enquired. I even had ti take a half day twice to sort ot out and have all the relevant communication and recordings. I will be taking legal action against them and will definitely sue them for no less than 3 mil just to show them that we can be ruthless as they are with us. My children struggled this month because they failed to meet their own deadlines and today my lawyer will definitely be in touch with them.

I am a fairly new customer to dstv and my dstv was disconnected in March due to unemployment and in April was able to get together funds to pay and spoke to a consultant to confirm the total I owed and was given a figure of R390+77 and now a month later I owe R562 when my subscription is R340.

Today I wasted more than R60 of my airtime and spoke to two consultants but didn't receive any help nor a decent explanation moreover than being put on hold here and there. I feel the transparency and treatment was of a very poor nature and it's sad because I have to suffer financial loss for someone else's incompetence.
