These people rob you... They took my money and now wont respond to my calls and emails!! they are FRAUD
I went to Hyundai Roodepoort for a service and was told I had to change my radiator. But told them they should put that on hold as I do not have the fund to replace it! I was told my radiaotor was damaged due to being hit by a rock? I haven't been in an accident how is this possible? I'm still under warranty but they didn't do anything about it and said due to negligence i will not be covered and told me I had to pay 20 000 for repairs on my car. I took my car to another dealer and they said nothing is wrong with my car all it needs it a full service!!!!! My car was not even serviced at Hyundai!!!!! yet I paid for the service. what type of bull is this???? this is how customers are treated and scammed???????????????????????? I want my money back I paid for the "service" they didn't even do on my car
Telkom at Greenstone the system if forever offline whether you go in the afternoon or 1st thing thing in the morning. All we want to do is just buy Sim card or even buy a cellphone contract, But I CANT BECAUSE ITS FOREVER OFFLINE!!!! Why must I waste my time, my lunch just to go to a store that is forever offline then the sales consultants laugh in your face when they tell you"system offline"!!!! like really why is the store even opened at Greenstone? Rather close it if we are never going to get service!!!!!
<p>I booked in my phone for repairs a month ago @ cell c in rosebank. I got my phone today with no battery!!!!!!!!!!!!! one of the consultants took my battery home!!!!!! why the F*** WOULD HE TAKE IT HOME!!!!! isnt the store secure???? couldn't the store make sure that my battery is kept safe and until i got my phone bac****!!! how will I be sure that i will be receiving an old battery????? wasnt't the consultant suppose to call me and tell me that i had left my battery at the store? instead of taking it home!!!!! this is not on!!! i loved cell c and all their packages but this is going to make me cancel my contract and use another service provider!!!!! </p>
<p>I waited 7 days for my cheque card!!!! i had to call FNB to find out aboout my card!!!! </p> <p>I waited 7 days for a card that was not activated!!!!!!!!!! :( </p> <p> I went to the branch at Rosebank and Randburg!! the consultants were rude and they didnt assist me at all. I thought the branch was the to offer assistant when you have problems with the service!! instead no one assisted me and they were just rude to me!!!!</p> <p> for a bank that preaches good customer service they sure suck at it!!!!!!!</p>
