Me again, this is the second time I'm writing a review about this pathetic excuse for an online store. Their customer service is non existent, my wife logged a return (order 86073) which was approved on the 12th December 2024.....it's the 3 Jan 2025 and still waiting on their courier to come collect it....after my wife sent an email to their customer service on the 19th Dec 2024, they came back to my wife on the 20th Dec 2024 to say they going to look at it and get back to us, and guess what radio silence since then, I understand it was festive season but what the heck??? This is pathetic, why do we need to make a noise on this platform to get a response!!! If anyone is trying to buy anything from Shoebox Online, steer clear, they either send you something that's contrary to what's advertised or they just utterly ridiculous with their return process and in addition their customer services is non existent....stay away from Shoebox Online
Do not buy from Shoebox, they post a picture and advertise the shoe with this one picture, they then send you a different shoe. I understand it's the same shoe but just a different version, but NOWHERE does it mention that the different version is selected available and is being shipped to you....so you end up getting a shoe that you do not want because it's not what you expected at all. Then to top it all off they are extremely pathetic with their return turn around time....I noticed a shoebox consultant mentioned on another complaint you have no control over your courier, please Shoebox consultant why not consider replacing them because they are just as pathetic as you are! There are numerous couriers out there that can do a better Job....I literally got a text from the courier every morning for 3 mornings straight saying they are coming TODAY....and guess what 2 out of the 3 they didn't ...they didn't even bother saying they not making it TODAY as promised.... ridiculous service. Eventually the shoe gets picked up, now I needed to wait and entire week before getting a response to say the return has been received, bear in mind I needed to email customer service querying why it's taking so long....then another week's goes by after selecting my option to take a store credit, I still have no store credit! Where is my store credit @Shoebox....Shoebox is by far the worst online store I have ever come across! Do not buy from them!
Webafrica is a whole ****, their client service level is pathetic. If you ever get in touch with the agent Muneeb Flaendorp, please be assured he will make condescending comments thats not actually helping your situation, instead of find out the whole picture he shoves down a bunch of reasons why your connection could be slow, but in actual fact none of the reasons is applicable to you. our internet connection since we started with Webafrica has been the absolute worst, they keep blaming an outage of some sorts, might not even be in your area. I'm expected to test speeds, run this and that like I'm some kind of technician, then you might as well pay me!!! Webafrica is pathetic. Don't sign up with them, because even when you want to chat when the issue arises they get back to you the next day when the problem is evident at that specific moment, how does that help??? Stay away from them!!
Don't ever deal with this company, the owner is a thieve. He promises you the world and once you have made a deposit payment he will have every excuse in the book to not deliver on the agreement, he went as far as lying that his mother passed away, then someone broke into his home, then this, then that. Steer far an clear from this person/company....the owners name is Vincent Peters
This is a pathetic excuse for a lead company, they do not vet any of these companies properly. Even if you report a company on their lead site that is *****ulent they do nothing about that company's phishing expedition to bait people into seeing awesome reviews that could have been posted by the *****ulent owner themselves and going on Bark's apparent good word that this company is honest. When in actual fact the company is nothing but a front for you to pay a deposit and never see the person again. Don't ever use Bark.com for leads you are guaranteed to get a *****ulent company knocking on your door step
Received great service from Imke De Vries at Dotsure pet insurance. It's been a while since receiving great customer service from a service provider. She kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks Imke
