Hi I hate coming to Burger King Long Street because the service is terrible and slow. Why do you have only one person taking orders? I just asked the senior person on duty that question, while I was talking she just looked at me and walked away. If I treated my clients with such disrespect my seniors would taken me to task.
Hello, I frequent this store often. On the evening of July 10th, I arrived at around 7:30 PM. Upon my arrival, I proceeded directly to the counter where electricity units are typically purchased. Unfortunately, there was no one present at that station, so I approached the nearest employee for assistance. Despite having to raise my voice to get a response, the lady simply stared at me until I requested to speak with the manager. Brenda eventually approached me and informed me that the manager was currently asleep. She appeared unwilling to help and wore a smug expression as I mentioned reaching out to the head office. Given my status as a regular client, I was surprised to discover that the till closed at a specific time, finding it unreasonable for a store affiliated with Spar. Brenda could benefit from receiving customer service training to better communicate with clients. While I have no desire to communicate further with the store itself, I would appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns with an area manager instead.
You guys promised me that someone will contact me with the regards to my previous complaint. So why am I still waiting?
I am appalled by the pathetic service received at your branch in Athlone. I placed an order via your app. When I arrived there with Lindi spoke to me with an abrupt tone and she refused make my order even though I showed her on my phone that I ordered that specific items before. She called someone with no nametag on who seemed more senior and also said that they can’t make my order. When I told her that I ordered that before she abruptly told me that it can’t be even though I wanted to prove to that I did order that a few times previously. I wasn’t refunded as well. I would like to speak to an area manger please because I feel like this won’t be taken seriously from a branch level and I complained about Lindi before via email.
I’m seriously unhappy about a service received at Sorbet in Cape Town. I even left my number for a manager to call me…. Still waiting!!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mcdonalds Seapoint. Firstly upon entering I had a bad experience with the security at the door. He had no respect when speaking to us. When we placed our Mc Cafe order he said we must collect our order upstairs. After we were waiting for 25 minutes for our order I approached the manager. I asked the manager to check on our order. She DID NOT DO ANYTHING AS PROMISED. We had collect our own order DOWNSTAIRS AND WHY DID THE SECURITY GET INVOLVED?
What is the point of having in store specials when they are not priced correctly at the shelves?
I’m extremely unsatisfied with Discovery Bank because since March I have been trying to order a new card and nobody that I speak to at the call Center can assist me. What make matters worst the team leader at the walk in service Center in Century City can’t even give me point me in the correct direction or offer to take my details so that she can pass it on to the relevant person.
Everyone should know by now that people should spend less time in public spaces and in saying so you can expect people emailing your store. Cape Union Mart Quay Four/Waterfront were exceptional when responding to one of my requests. Last Thursday I emailed Cape Union Mart Tygervalley at 08-18 am looking for a Kway-Rowan. During the day I contacted the store a few times to remind them, I also left my cell phone number for the store manager to call me and he/she never returned my call. I only got an email response at 15-52. I find that extremely pathetic! I sent my last email to them on Saturday morning and I am still waiting for a response. I have never experienced such slow service. I would kindly appreciate it for an area manager to respond because I already asked for the store manager to respond.
I always believed that Woolworths was all about quality products and quality service. When ever I visit Woolworths Table Bay Mall you must always look very hard for some assistance. Today I contacted that store five times to no no avail in order to find out about certain products. I then left my cell phone number with the switch board operator and I asked her to tell a manager to urgently call me back. The store is closed now and I didn’t receive a call. What pathetic service.
