We had some recent interactions with Gosolr and their associate Company used - Sparki Solar. And we were extremely impressed at the support received from Sparki. In particular- our liaison with Tali was exceptional- whatever she promised was delivered upon! She made sure that our issue / s were promptly addressed- and can highly commend her - Sparki are most fortunate to have her on board. Also mention must be given to Victor who came around to sort out the on site situation. Well done Sparki!👏
I recently had cause to sort out a reasonably complex situation with Mondo. Was fortunate that Mia Khan attended to me. She sorted out everything most professionally!
Had a package delivered this morning by Doman - and just had to comment on his absolute professionalism. Courteous Followed all hygiene rules meticulously! And thank us for our business on 2 occasions! Professionalism personified! Well done Doman! :)
Needed some roofing insulation to be installed in our Home. Filled in an internet query mail on a Sunday - received an immediate response - on that same Sunday indicating that a Consultant would be on site to discuss the very next day. He did - the gentlemen Lard was most enthusiastic and knowledgeable - and indicated that a quote would follow the next day - which it did. Liaison then followed with Bernadette in Sales - who was also absolutely excellent in all our subsequent interactions! Installation followed in a few days time - by the same person, Lard and his installation team. They were great, quick, only taking a few hours to complete the job - and then fully cleaning up thereafter. Masks were worn the entire time as well! And the next day - we received a follow up call from Lard to see if we were happy with the installation. Yes we were / are! And would like to commend / recommend this Company to all and sundry! They are thorough, highly organised - and MOST professional! Wish that a lot more Companies could emulate them!!!!! :)
Flat Battery !!! Excellent service all round :):):) Mmabohlale Nong who took the call William Machitiso Jnr who arranged for the technician to come around. and the actual technician - didn't get his name! From the initial call - to the battery being jump started - took only 30 minutes or so! Stunning sevice!
<p> I recently wrote a complaint on this website -entitled - 'ADT get your house in order.' </p> <p>As I could not get hold of this ADT via e mail / telephonically - I posted my issue instead.</p> <p>I eceived a very prompt follow up call from ADT.</p> <p>This followed up by a very prompt visit by their technical department.</p> <p>TheY quickly sorted out the issue of the false activation alarms being sent to the ADT control centre.</p> <p>They put in a new trasmitter - and voila - all is now perfect!</p> <p>Thanks ADT for the attention - and for sorting out!</p> <p>And thanks for the Hello Peter platform to do so!</p> <p>Otherwise - we'd still be having these hassles / issues!</p>
<p>I have been a Client of ADT for 2 decades or so.</p> <p><br />I have always found their patrol officers to be excellent - well done here!</p> <p>Wish I could say about their call centre / admin setup!</p> <p>Agents can't seem to assist - and calls / e mails to ADT personnel are just ignored!</p> <p>My current gripe - I received an e mail from Rickey Nnwambi - the ADT Signal Management Team Leader on 1/6/16 advising me that we have had responses to our premises in excess of the stipulated threshold - and that additional charges would be charged to our account forthwith!</p> <p>OK.</p> <p>But - these call outs are occuring due to break down of ADT systems - and the fault is not on our side!</p> <p>What should happen after an alarm activation - is that this there should be call from ADT - and then a respose is / is not activated. Or alternatively - if it's a false alarm - the onus is on us to cancel the dispatch of a patrol car.</p> <p>We always cancel false alarms!</p> <p>But during the past while - a response officer arrives at our front door - and says that there had been an activation!</p> <p>In these cases referred to - the alarm did not go off - nor did we get a call from ADT - just the arrival of the officer!</p> <p>I have been trying and trying to contact ADT telephonially or through their e mail address alwaysthere.i@adt.co.za to advise / discuss this issue...</p> <p>Rickey Nndwambi does not seemingly take calls - and the e mails sent to ADT are merely ignored - this time, and previously in my experience!</p> <p>My gripe - why are we being advised that we will be penalised for excess call outs - when the issue is with ADT - them sending an officer when the alarm did not go off / nor a phone to us by ADT in advance of this?</p> <p>The fault is clearly at ADT's side - and not ours.....</p> <p>Suggest that ADT get their (Admin / signal) house in order!</p> <p>(As indicated earlier their response offices remain great! </p> <p> </p>
