My credit score was low because I never had credit. So to help my credit score I was able to take out a phone contract with Blue Label Connect. My debit order went off on the 27th of last month. The call Centre has called me everyday since the beginning of this month. I have emailed proof of debit gone off Time and time again' I have spoke to so many people seeing I get called EVERYDAY. YOU CLEARLY ALLOCATED MY DEBIT ORDER AGAINST SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME, AND YOU ****ED MY CREDIT up even more. All the call agents told me that they will fix the Issue yet they called me twice today already. Oh yes and taking this contract I was suppose to get 2gb free data and calls... Nothing never got that at all. I want you to cancel my contract and fetch your phone and I am telling you now let one more agent call me. The next call I want I dB someone calling me with the info I need. I want you to pull all recordings to my number and listen to them all especially how I was treated and spoken to on the phone from one of your agents when I asked to speak to a supervisor.... I was discussed and she had the cheek to put the phone down in my ear.
OK so this is what happend. I used Uber parcel delivery services. So i said this to them "Hi there a parcel was picked up today to be dropped off at my place but the driver never arrived and we tried calling him but his phone was off. It was a very important package. Please could you assist." I then got this reply "Hi Mariette, please send us the mobile number linked to your account so that we can help you ASAP. Then I kept on getting someone send me a link I must click on, which I did then they sent me a link to click on. I did what it asked me to do yet no one bothered to even get back to me" I again asked on 2 other occasions also on Facebook to only get the same reply "click on the link" and I already told them "The goods in transit was worth a couple of thousand rand" the then replied "Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please drop us a note here 👉 https://spr.ly/6002zK5ks ? Rest assured that our specialised team will follow up as soon as possible." Can you believe it! I then receive a email saying the driver will call me within 24 hours! Are you kidding me??? I told them it's a matter of urgency what the he'll. I will hold Uber personally responsible for the goods that by now is long gone due to there no care attitude especially knowing I used your UBER PARCEL DELIVERY SERVICE" I mean really??? I am disgusted in this and I promise you that I will take this matter to the highest authority possible" and I will make sure that Uber pays back every penny and the amount of stress I have been going through the past 36 hours!

I placed a order before 21h00 then Roman's in Bothasig canceled my order and never refunded me. I used my last money in my bank so my kids went to bed hungry. Unacceptable I want my refund and the order I placed. If not I will take this matter further
Worst, unprofessional blaaze attitude is ridiculous. I was invited to my friends birthday at the mall here in Bothasig. My handbag got stolen together with my glasses in them. It has been more that 3 years since I got my eyes tested again so I went to Bothasig clinic and the optometrist was there but the lady at the info desk (black lady with braided hair) told me they can't help me and I must come back this week to check when they will be available. My script is -4 on both my eyes, so you can understand I am blind without them. I told the lady that I need them urgently because the contact lenses I have are very old, but that didn't seem to bother her. I again came from the clinic with no joy. I mean it's my sight for crying in a bucket. Why couldn't they squeeze me in when the optometrist was there? I don't understand. I suppose for someone that can't comprehend how it feels to not be able to see anything besides shadow like images, they will never understand. I need someone to please get back to me. I don't know what to do anymore.
customercare@whopper.co.za Burger King Richmond Park – K2013104578 (PTY) LTD Order: 1919 118 Raymond CHK 1919 16 September 22 15h22 Hi there I love Burger King its my favourite takeout place to grab something when I have a few extra pennies, however I was very disappointed with the service I received from the Richmond Park Burger King today. I wanted to order the special for R29 on from your app for 3 people, however it said order in store. When we placed our orders, Raymond told us that they don’t have the veggie special for the day. It’s being discontinued. Firstly why would you advertise something that you don’t have? Is it just to get clients in and fool them in buying something else? Secondly, we asked for a manager and asked him if he would be willing to accommodate us and exchange the veggie for a normal patty, he refused. I asked for a contact number where I could complaint and he made us wait and wait and wait, I then had to ask someone else to go check where he is, and then only the number was handed to me by someone else. Not even an apology just attitude and the unwillingness to accommodate me as the client. I ended up ordering only 2 burgers and we had to share between 3 of us. I have been to this store and before received the same kind of attitude. Richmond corner definitely needs training on customer service. Kind regards Mariette 0631313905
After clarifying with the post office they told me both my parcels are ready for collection at Goodwood branch...they assured me. I spent over R100 to get there with a taxi only to be told only one parcel they can find. I then was told to come home download the stupid app that doesn't even work to track where my other item is. I mean why couldn't they check it for me. It is disgusting and I am unemployed and had to ask for money to get there. I am so angry at the pathetic service and waist of money. I want them to find my other package and deliver it to my door
I purchased something on wish and my payment method is Paypal. I had the required amount and they deducted the amount from my paypal. Today I get a sms saying wish has debited my private bank account. When I checked my paypal to see what is going on, I saw they credited me the $ and debited my bank account. Outrageous and pathetic. I need this money credited back into my bank account.
26/01/2021 Daisy at S & D Constructions collected two water bladders from us. I gave them a special rate and still came to the office with a short payment of R500. Daisy reassured me that I can trust her and she is a woman of her word. I explained to them how the bladders work. Daisy called me to tell me one of the bladders is leaking. Myself and one of my guys went out to the clients site. The bladder was put upside down so water was being released by the inlet valve seeing and they had the bladder against a brick wall. After battling for 2 hours we suggested they pump the water back into the pool. (I have videos and pictures to confirm) They didn’t do that and they ended up loosing 25 000lt of the clients water and tried to blame us for it. We went to fetch the one bladder and they kept the second bladder. It is exactly a month later and still no bladder has been returned and the outstanding money they owed never to be seen. I have all the whatsapp back and forth message that I sent to her and she promised me everyday that she would bring the bladder back. Besides there addresses and landline number and other number I have are not even real numbers. Lies after lies after lies and a huge loss on our side and she couldn’t be bothered. I have all the communication on Whatsapp. I will now have to take the necessary steps to get back what is ours and outstanding money they owe
On the 7 October 2020 my partner and myself felt hungry and wanted to get some KFC from the brand new drive thru at Richmond center we got there 21h45. We were told we can't order there is no more chicken. So we drive to Bothasig Shoprite we got there the doors were still open. We were told the same thing. Since when does KFC run out of chicken? I emailed them and was very impressed that Natalie the Regional Manager contacted me back and insured me the issue will be sorted out and she gave myself and my partner complimentary meals! We haven't collected our meals yet but we will tonight. That's the only reason I am giving them a 4 star. Thanks Natalie for being so helpful and reassuring.
