What a lovely place. The service was good without the waitress being "in your face". My sister had the Grilled Sicillian style prawns - wow, they looked amazing and were cooked perfectly. My brother-in-law had the Beef, Mozzarella & Chilli with fettucine - and his meal looked and was delicious. My husband had the Spaghetti Pasta Cag****i, and we weren't disappointed. I had the Quattro Stagione pizza, and it was beautiful to look at and really tasty. We were not disappointed that we went to Pronto, and we did not feel ********** either. The food was good value for money. Thank you!

We booked the only private room Pronto has for a special birtday party. It was a deciding factor for us, since presents were to be exchanged and a happy birtday song sang, something you do not want to do with people sitting a step away all around you. We were ensured the room is booked for us as well as that they will try to make it special. When we arrived the room was occupied. The staff simply pulled up their shoulders and said it was a double booking. It was a hugh embarrasment in front of our birthday guests. We had to look for another restaurant. We learned the following: you cannot trust the Pronto staff or their booking system. It does not seem as if they take their guests seriously at all. It does not seem to matter to them if they spoil the special occasions of their (now ex-) guests.

I was disappointed with the Sicilian prawns i bought. The prawns where raw and badly done we couldn't eat.even by merely looking the food was not appetitizing.This is my first experience to incounter such an under done dish but I normally buy wel cooked one.If that the new way of cooking will never come back to Pronto again.

The owner Natasha replied to our mailer every time (four in total) requested info, picture, pricing - we spent a lot of time - all four times - sending info and detailed polite replies and not once did we get a reply in turn, a response, a simple thank you or any acknowledgement at all. Rude!! And to add insult to injury, she acted as if she was dealing with a different business she had never heard of before each time?? Woman, can't you see the name and branding are the same? Like how dozy are you. lol

The porcini mushroom starter and the artichoke starter with the bread that comes with it was one of the best starters I’ve ever eaten. The restaurant is in a great location and is really nice inside and there is great outdoor seating. The service was amazing and the food arrived quickly. The decor is stunning, with fairy lights outside and a cozy interior. They recently expanded their deli, selling the most beautiful aprons and delicacies such a dried porccini mushrooms, dried pastas and ready cooked meals.

The porcini mushroom starter and the artichoke starter with the bread that comes with it was one of the best starters I’ve ever eaten. Arrived at the Restaurants at 21:15 last night and after sitting the manager came over and said they will not serve us, as there was no chef in the kitchen??? After telling the manager that it was not yet 21:30, he said that we should call the day manager and should leave.
