I flew back from George WC last night. Landed 20.30 and NO SUITCASE came off the plane. Had people waiting in pick up zone - panic mode set in. BUT Gladys Molapo who is based at Swissport SA office at OR Tambo, sourced and found my belongings. She continuously called me during the morning to reassure me that she would find it. Still to collect it later today, but in the interim, whatever happens, this lady deserves a star!
A business breakfast turned into a delightful morning on the patio of Pronto. Service was excellent, food was delicious, tasty and appealing to the eye and their coffee - wow! Well done!

After a slight issue with pricing, I mailed Head Office to please re-look at their till operating systems. And WOW, within a day, I got a response, was called by the Manager of Bluebird, Abraham, who asked when I could pop in again. I met him today, and what a professional, charming man. Kudos to Woolies, specifically Bluebird.
I have been unable to get my usual brand of Camel - Camel Red for 3 weeks now. I have tried every garage shop, supermarket within a 20 km radius and have asked friends and family to look out for them. I have been interacting with JTI Customer Service regularly, who passed my messages and emails on. To date, no response from this person.....why??? Just tell me what the issue is? And who has stock currently. Not asking much is it?
I have been using Johnsons Baby Powder since the age of 16 (I am now 52) as a talc after my shower. Over the past few months, the quality of the packaging has not been good. I battle to get the powder out and it seems the holes just aren't big enough. After mailing Johnson and Johnsons twice, I have had no response at all. Sent pics of the last bottle I battled with including batch numbers etc. Very disappointing for us who are loyal customers.
