WORST SERVICE (WHAT SERVICE?) I EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. CON ARTISTS AND SCAMMERS!!!
I should give NO STAR at all!!! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! Bought an armoured vehicle in January 2022 and duly paid a large deposit. We were told that we would get the vehicle by July 2022! It is now March 2023 and still nothing. The worst is that the owner MARK and his wife LYNNE are just stone walling us, not returning any calls and come with stupid excuses that there e-mail doesn't work etc. etc. The the owners wife LYNNE did send us document in february 2023!!!! YES, 2023 to be completed, with the wrong company details, wrong VIN number and WRONG VEHCILE on the papers!!!! , STAY AWAY FORM THEM AND THEIR NUMEROUS BOGUS COMPANIES!!! Its looks like we have to go the legal route!

Worst Service received ever!
I bought a generator from R21 Trucking and Machinery, however I had to install this by myself or get other service providers to assist with the installation who then advised me the unit is faulty. R21 Trucking and Machinery came out on 2 different occasions to fix the problem on the unit however there was still call out fees from the electrician etc to be paid to establish why the unit is not working. R21 refuse to assist with this bill or even to phone me and discuss how we can meet each other half way. I am extremely upset with the service I received and will not recommend anyone doing business or buy anything from them. Obviously the correct pre inspections aren't done properly otherwise this would've been picked up prior to the sale.

Robbery
I bought a stamper from them , 3 months down the line it stopped working, they requested me to pay 3500 to repair ,after paying that amount It stopped working again, I'm truly puzzled as this is affecting my production negatively, can someone explain to me if I was sold a new stamper or it was refurbished. This company does not understand client services, I really can't use a new stamper within 3 months it's no longer working. This is daylight robery . They are crooks , they took advantage of our skin colour

Brand New Machine broke on the first day - Service
We bought a brand new Concrete mixer from Mark Noble and Ashley on the 1st of August 2015. On the 3rd we started the machine and it could not lift to capacity and it started leaking oil. We are not on 90 days yet and the machine has been repaired 11 times already, and we had to pay in excess of R 10 000 for repairs. We also have to take the machine to their yard for repairs, under warranty, as they are not prepared to fetch the machine.<br> They have replaced the clutch, gearbox, engine, lifting handle and many more. These machines are not trustworthy.<br> The first week they had to disassemble and re-assemble the cables which lifts the bucket as it arrived in SA \assembled the wrong way"<br> I have never bought such bad quality with absolute no service from anywhere else. <br> Would never in my life buy anything from R21 Trucks again"""

Failure to repair or refund
I bought a vibrating roller from R21 truck and machinery in Dec 2014 . I started the roller and screws started to become loose, fan belt snapped and severed the live wire that comes from the battery and hydraulic started leaking. I then called the seller of the roller to have the roller to have a look at the product. That roller cost me R80 000 by the way. The roller was then taken to R21 and a few days later one of the sales rep called me today I had to pay R15 000 for repairs and aI said no ways,this roller never served the purpose for which it was designed and I am not going to a single cent as the machine is new.I was told by the machnic that the product was damaged by the consumer and that he reduce the cost repairs toR5033,52 and still said no payment from me. The manager came to me with a list of damages and said it is a consumer problem .He also said that the roller I bought is a cheap one good rollers go up to R200 000 so if I want we can meet in court. He was arrogant and bragging about his qualified staff who will educate us
