I deposited funds via EFT to my wallet about 2 weeks ago. It is still not reflecting. Emailed them. Told me it will reflect. I sent follow-up emails, no reply. I then tried to withdraw the funds that are in the wallet. There is no way to withdraw it. I tried to phone them. The nr on their website is not working. I then went to their offices. They are not there anymore

Updating of information at Credit Bureaus I was under debt review since October 2016. I settled all my debt approximately 70 days ago. On 23 October 2018 my debt clearance certificate was finally issued. Section 71A (1) of the National Credit Act that states: 71A. (1) The credit provider must submit to all registered credit bureaux within seven days after settlement by a consumer of any obligation under any credit agreement, information regarding such settlement where an obligation under such credit agreement was the subject of— (a) An adverse classification of consumer behaviour; (b) An adverse classification enforcement action against a consumer; (c) An adverse listing recorded in the payment profile of the consumer; or (d) A judgement debt. (2) The credit bureau must remove any adverse listing contemplated in Subsection (1) within seven days after receipt of such information from the Credit Provider. (3) If the credit provider fails to submit information regarding a settlement as contemplated in subsection (1), a consumer may lodge a complaint against such credit provider with the National Credit Regulator. I have only checked Transunion. Some of the information reflected by Rainfin could be considered adverse and need to be updated. I want to ensure that Rainfin update my details at all credit bureaus, including Transunion, Experian, XDS, Compuscan and CBP Online and to remove any adverse information. The fact that my loans information at Transunion may be considered adverse, creates a concern for me that this is the case at all Credit Bureaus used by Rainfin. I am in general grateful for excellent service by Direct Axis. I have been a client for many years. I just want this final step of clearing my name after getting early out of debt review, be completed as soon as possible.

I can't believe this, Rainfin have a website and they didn't look like scammers at all but boy was I wrong. We paid R6000 service fee to get the loan we applied for but the only problem is that we didn't GET ANYTHING. And after we paid the R6000 they just dissappeared, no awnser on their emails, phones nothing. I don't know how the police or FBI haven't closed down this crooked company yet but I am definitely going to contact them. You will either give us our loan or pay back our money but rest assured... THEY WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!

I found my credit report was not updated to date and because of that I have an application which was incorrectly declined. This is hampering my requirement for urgent funds. I also sent an email asking for assistance but received nothing and this is very frustrating. I need this to be corrected.
