Macdonald's Middelburg Mall. A place that will definitely never see me again rest assured. Worst service you can get, waiting 30mins in queue just to get told they don't use card tap feature. Ridiculous.
I bought a laptop from Incredible Connection 3 months ago and then it gave an issue which rendered it inoperable, I took it back to Incredible Connection at Middelburg Mall for the warranty repair and it was Jason that assisted me. He told me he will need to send it in for warranty repairs and it will take 7 to 14 working days. I gave it in Thursday 23rd November and it is now the 13th of December, he hasn't keep me updated at all, when I came into the store then only he phoned to follow up on the repair and it would appear that no one has even worked on the laptop yet, this is really ridiculous! But it's not the first time I received such after service from Incredible Connection and it seems it's a standard for them so I will really think twice before buying anything from Incredible Connection again! I will share my experience.
I've ordered computer parts from Evetech online on the 25th of June and I made an instant EFT payment. On the 1st of July they sent me an email saying that my order is on it's way to me... It is now the 8th of July and I STILL haven't received anything. I found out that Evetech is using Aramex for their shipping, a company that literally everyone complain about... I'm even amazed that they are still in business! But that is the thing that disappointed me, why is Evetech using such a company to deliver their goods?? I will definitely think twice before buying from Evetech again. And the worst part is, my friend ordered something from Evetech on Monday and he received his order today! How does this make any sense!? And lastly, I've been trying to communicate with Evetech but they just don't answer my emails. Can't complain about the customer service because there aren't any.
I’m Actually Fed Up With DStv At This Point Seriously. I Changed My Banking Details With Them Last Month And The Debit Order Did Not Go Through For Some Unknown Reason. So They Sent Me An SMS Notifying Me It Did Not Go Through And a Payment Link To Their Website Was Included To Pay The Amount I Was Owing. I Paid And Then Suddenly Today My Services Got Disconnected!? Even Though I Paid Them! Anyways I Phoned DStv To Find Out What Was Going On, The Person I Spoke To Said I Was Owing a R50 ReConnection Fee Which Did Not Make Sense At All, I Told Him It’s Ridiculous So He Said He Will Reverse The Connection Fee And ReActivate My Viewing, We Ended The Call And Guess What?? My Service Was Still Suspended!! So I Called Them Back AGAIN, Note That I Already Wasted R50 Airtime On The Last Call Right, This Time I Spoke With a Lady And She Told Me a Completely Different Story, She Told Me I Must Have Proof Why The Debit Order Did Not Go Through To Revoke The ReConnection Fee Although The Previous Agent Told Me It Has Been Done And I Did Not Get Any Notifications From My Bank, So Another R20 Airtime Wasted And I Am Still Witout My Viewing Even Though I Paid Them My Agreed Monthly Fee On Time... I Regret The Day Going Into Contract Agreement With This Corrupt Company.
DStv blocking my viewing and demanding me to pay R50 to unblock my viewing even though I've already paid R759 on the 26th of January which is the total amount I owe them every month! So basically they are trying to steal R50 from me which I refuse to pay, and if they don't fix this problem asap and reconnect my viewing then they won't get a cent from me ever again mark my words. And FYI this is a 24-month contract and I agreed to pay a monthly fee of R759, there is no extras and I will not be paying extra.
Just spent 22 minutes holding for an agent just to get disconnected and all that time wasted. It's absolutely ridiculous. I pay a lot of money to them on a monthly basis and this is the customer service I reicieve. Horrible.
I Would Not Recommend Anyone To Use PPIT As Their Internet Service Provider, We Were Offline For Two Days And Customer Support Unfriendly And Unhelpful! And Connection Speeds Is Almost Always Slow. Use SkyWorks Or Crystal Web For Uncapped Services. They Are Great!
My mother helped one of my ex girlfriend's to apply for a course and shortly after things did not work out between me and the girl so she left our household and now she isn't paying College SA the money for the course so College SA decided to tell their lawyers to contact my mother. This is absolutely ridiculous!! It's not our course it's that girls so please get that in your narrow minded heads and leave my mother alone or else...
I had a problem with my account today and it was solved within 10min of emailing Raru. The best service I've ever had so far in my life. Keep up the excellent work!
