This was by far the most effortless move I’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, understanding, and truly willing to go the extra mile. They even arrived a few minutes early, which was perfect. A special thanks to Mizu for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. This company is truly outstanding!

I was in a pickle. I needed a truck to clear out a wharehouse and I needed it immediately. I whatsup called the number. Within an hour they were there. This was 2 o'clock in the afternoon. By 3 I saw I am gonne need another truck. I called again and within an hour the other truck arived. They work relentlessly and without stop ( there were no water or taps) to help ne clear out. Drove with me to the new site and again worked relentlessly to unpack. This took seriously into the early morning hours. They did not complain, did not fight, made jokes and tought me some Jamaican. It was a absolute awesome experience working with them. I would definitely do it again.

What an awesome company to use for any removal of furniture, business or private. I have used this company three times and not once have being disappointed with their service, Melerisha went the extra mile for all my concerns. The three gentlemen that assisted with my Move namely, Patrick, Julius and Erick words can not descript the move and how awesome the three of you were and such a pleasure to deal with such good mannered gentlemen, please carry your name up high as I will recommend you near and far. What an awesome company to use for any removal of furniture, business or private. I have used this company three times and not once have being disappointed with their service, Melerisha went the extra mile for all my concerns. I want to share my alarming experience with Red Transport Company (Pty) Ltd., owned/managed by Francois Briers / Francois Briersredtruck 083 270 4646, to warn others about potential issues with their services. **Warning: Potential **** Alert** I recently hired Red Transport to move my furniture, and it was a frustrating ordeal from the start. Initially, I struggled to get in touch with them as they were unresponsive to calls. After finally reaching them, we arranged for the transport of our items. Upon delivery, we received 51 items; however, upon inspection, I discovered that several boxes belonging to other customers were mixed in with mine, and my air-conditioning unit valued at R7,000 was missing. When I reported the missing item, Mr. Briers claimed he would investigate but then deflected responsibility by telling me to contact the truck drivers directly. After speaking with the staff, who couldn’t recall all the items transported (which is understandable given their workload), I contacted Mr. Briers again. This time, his tone became aggressive. Despite having purchased their insurance option, he threatened to report me to the insurance companies instead of assisting with my claim. Ultimately, I requested a refund of my insurance premium of R350, which he refused and continued to threaten me. I had read mixed reviews about Red Transport before hiring them—some positive and some negative—but I chose them based on their competitive pricing. Now, I deeply regret that decision. Currently, I am left with three boxes of other people's belongings that I have reported to Mr. Briers, who has shown no concern for the matter. The experience has been distressing and unprofessional. **Conclusion: Avoid Red Transport Company** I strongly advise anyone considering using Red Transport Company (Pty) Ltd. to think twice. On Thursday I asked this people for a quotation to move my furniture. They gave me a quote of R2290. I asked them several times if the quote was correct because it did not sound right. They assured me that the quote was correct and insisted that I must pay immediately. I paid the money and afterwards they phoned me to tell me that they made a mistake and that the amount is much higher. I asked them to refund me the deposit and they said it will be paid on Friday. Today is Monday and they have excuse after excuse and I still do not have my money. I think their client service is pathetic to say the least. They were fast to get my money and now I have to resort to this type of method to get my money back.

My worst experience was when I booked an 8-ton covered truck from Red Trucks Removals a week before moving houses. I got a quote and paid a 50% deposit and scheduled the truck to arrive at 12:00 on Thursday 28 March. Everything seemed to be in order, but by 1 pm, the truck still hadn't shown up. I started calling their offices, and they kept telling me the truck was on the way, stuck in Morningside traffic. They even gave me the name and cell number of a driver, but it turned out to be a lie. When I called the driver at 2 pm, he wasn't even aware that he was supposed to pick up my stuff… he didn’t even have my adddress. Eventually, they admitted that they didn't have an 8-ton truck available. Instead, they sent a 4-ton open truck and said I would have to make two trips. The 4-ton truck arrived at 3:30 pm, causing a major inconvenience as I now had to load and offload twice. The 8-ton truck would have easily transported all my household belongings in one go. To make matters worse, the second load didn't arrive at my new estate until 11:30 pm. The driver and his assistant had to sleep outside the estate in the loaded truck until 8am on Friday morning because the estate didn't allow trucks at that time of the night. I requested for a Red Trucks manager to call me to explain what went wrong and offer an apology at the least, but it's been over a week, and I haven't heard anything yet, except for some persistent guy that was only interested in me settling the bill and wasn’t at all interested in the inconvenience Red Trucks had caused me.
