My experience was nothing but horrible I called Regal Inn on friday and booked a reservation with Valentine I did explain to her I will not be available ok Saturday during the course of the day as I was getting married but I will definitely come through after (honeymoon) I asked her if I need to pay upfront she said no payment can be done at front desk when we enter I called the Saturday around 8pm when we were about to leave to see if everything was in order a lady by the name of Sammy told me I'm not on the list I explained to her that can't be there should definitely be a reservation as it is my honeymoon she eventually looked as said not to worry she found me on the list 5 minutes after she called and said I'm booked for Sunday not Saturday I started to panic and asked her why did they move me without letting me know I asked Sammy what can be done now as it supposed to be my honeymoon she said nothing didn't even try to assist me all she said is that they fully booked luckily Hampshire hotel came to my rescue and saved my night

Horrible horrible hotel. Water pressure very op, ****roaches everywhere in the room, people in the hotel very noisy, no proper tv channels(SABC channels only), door does not want to lock from inside, only ricoffee with creamora available. People next door tv is so loud I can hear everything. Pictures are deceiving and the reception lady could not find my booking, even after I gave her my voucher number. Will not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give a -0 I would have.

We had a rather terrible experience at this hotel over the week-end.Firstly we made a booking a month ago for our reservation.The Lady that did the reservation stuffed up the dates and booked us in for October and not September. Upon our request on the day of booking we requested a room on the bottom floor due to our health issues of having to climb stairways.Because of the *******ed days that she allocated us to we were unfortunately not in a position to get a room on the bottom floor.Upon our arrival we were given a room upstairs.The other issue we had was that the room was infested with ****roaches walking all over the fridge and door cupboards. The next issue is that we travelled from gauteng and really needed to take a nap because we were seriously delayed in traffic but the house keeping women are constantly screaming and talking making us unable to even sleep.Whats the purpose of having a hotel of this nature if protocols are not adhered to. I am very disappointed...I would not recommend anyone to book into this place

Did a last minute booking mid September after I had no response from booking.com.I was met with very professional ladies at reception in Ballito. Clean rooms, great experience. I am going to definitely try put North Beach for my next visit.

Worse service in the world book in for 2 nights no rules disglosed just swipe my card that's it not even 2 hours later the managed wants to kick us out and refuses to give a refund tv signal is pour! Management very unprofessional and rude will never go back i don't recommend this place to anyone

Cleaners go in your room take your food and steal chargers and money and mangement tells you they cant do anything about it. This is the worst service I've ever seen.

I am disgusted by the service I got there. From Thursday to Tuesday they failed to correct their service and still refused to refund me my money. Friday they asked for proof of payment payment and an email for cancellation which I did. I phoned countless times to check if they received my email. Only at 3pm they ask for my banking details which I provided. But to this day I didn't continue using their services and I still haven't gotten my refund. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be going to the media if they are still not refunding me after coming her. I want my money back as soon as possible from this hotel. They should call me M. S. Shude 0731415444 to make it easy for them to contact me.
