Dear Road Save Team, I am writing to express my absolute disappointment and frustration with the recent interactions I've had with your marketing agent. Despite providing my contact details and email address, and even going as far as sharing my banking details as requested, I have yet to receive the promised link to fill out my medical history with your company. This experience has been incredibly concerning and unprofessional. Not only have I entrusted you with sensitive personal information, but I have also dedicated my time and effort to comply with your requirements, only to be left in the dark without any communication or follow-up. The lack of responsiveness and accountability from your end is unacceptable. I have attempted to reach out through various channels, but it seems impossible to get hold of anyone from Road Save to address this issue. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt response with a resolution and an explanation for the mishandling of my information and the failure to fulfill your promises. If this matter is not addressed satisfactorily and promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my concerns legally I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Put in a request to cancel. They first say they cannot find any paid subscriptions. I have to first proof the debits. They go quiet. Next month the debit goes off again, so i query. They find someone else has used my bank details??? They confirm cancellation, and even send me an email to say no future debits will go off, then a week later, another debit goes through. I query and they say i did not give them enough notice...

Be careful off this peephole because if it seems to good to be true it is I registered with them and I couldn't find my cars on their system to get the tag so I kweryd it and it took too days to get a response and when they did they said my cars are too old my one car is 25 heres old and it's better than some new cars it go's long distance and my escort is 15 heres old olso good condition I tried explaining that to them but the cars have to be under 10 years old so I okay then unsupscib me from the service which took a nother to days the I got a email saying I have been unsupsribd then last month they go debit my account so I sent them a email telling them to reverse the debit oder back into my account It wasn't done now again today same thing now it costs me to close my bank account
