Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!
Extremely disgusted by the level of after service, i have been sending e-mails complaining about an outdoor table that is bowing and today i received an e-mail advising that my query has been resolved, when they haven't even rep**** to my mails or a simple phone call. Totally pathetic service!!!!!! and poor quality of furniture

Will never use them again!!!!! placed an order they debited my account twice shortly after the order wasn't showing on the app and they dont refund the money either.. NO FOOD AND NO MONEY, will never use them again

Sorbet Eastgate Mall
I went to Sorbet Eastgate Mall yesterday to do my nails and waxing as my regular sorbet store was fully booked, what a disappointment paid for waxing and still have most of the hair left behind. Not the friendliest team either I refuse to pay these kind of rates and to be quite about it 😡

Unacceptable Service
I had Vodacom do my fibre installation on 12.10.2020. Only yesterday did they manage to actually activate my line just to find that when I did the application approximately 6 weeks ago I requested for a 100mbps line and received a 20mbps line. When will Vodacom actually do their jobs right first time? REF: SO200826-174941

Disgusting Service
After waiting for two months for my order 000032950 to arrive and receiving the wrong item, ive been waiting for a reply on how to get refunded since the 15 October 2020, they dont even bother to reply to my e-mails. Disgusting service, DONT recommend anyone using them

Pathetic Service
pathetic service provider, its been 10 months trying to cancel a fax line that hasn't been working for about a year and a half but still being billed for it. i have e-mailed all the documentation required over and over again spoken to various customer service people and still no luck, as if the terrible internet connection is not bad enough

Shocking service, placed an order on the 25 August i keep doing regular follow ups and they can never give me proper information. Phone lines are a joke
