In November 2023 I drove approximately 460 kilometres (to and from) Ronnies Motors Hyundai East London. My car was serviced but the service book was not updated. I only noticed their mistake upon my arrival at home, also as they had promiswd to wash my vehicle that was not done as well. I phoned them to querry this and the lady who was helping me told me its an honest mistake she is sorry. I brushed ir of knowing in January 2024 would drive back to have the boot of my vehicle fixed there. On my arrival i reminded the lady wqho was helpong me at the fron desk to not forget doing her job this time (updating my service book). She promised she would do it. Cutting the story short on my arrival at home I noticed again that the service book was not updated. I phones numerous times using my airtime asking to speak the the lady who was helping without finding her. This was much of a stress to me and so I drove to hyundai East London again, having taken an unpaid 1day leave from work. Eventually the book was updated because i was expressing my frustration. What is saddening the most is that in the claim of: Wear and tear of my tyers Airtime numerously spent 1day unpaid leave at work to fix their mistakes Induced kilometres of my vehicle Emotional stress Hyundai East London thinks R650 is a fair reimbur*****t I have been making communication with the supervisor regarding my complaints, not a single day the manager phoned me. I was told the manager would commmunicate with me on Friday the 2nd of February 2024 regarding this heartaching disrespect. I swear i believe im dealing with an ******* ****a shop run at a backroom of an informal settlement somewhere in the jungle. Worst...worst...worst reception i am receiving in that place. I didnt even think there are legal places who are so careless and heartless in South Africa.

Worst experience I ever received, I get depressed just to think about what I am currently going through with these people. My car has been with them since Easters. They don't have any curticy. If I told call will never know what is happening to my car. I communicated with the supervisor it's worse. Went to do a follow up today. The supervisor promised to call me back today with response. The only response a sms telling me they still waiting for my ordered part. What an experience I am going through with these people it is depressing.

I bought a car from Ronnies Execucar in November 2021, the car had issues so the dealership took the car back to repair these issues, but did not fully disclose what the issues were. New years the car tyre went flat and prior to that the tyre pressure monitors did not work. An independent tyre repair shop stated that the rims had been repaired before and was going to cause the tyre to burst very soon. The dealership seemed keen to assist but made me pay for the repairs to a problem they did not disclose. When I went back to the manager of the dealership he told me to go to Ombuds and would not assist me further. Now, I am sitting with a car that I cannot use as the rims are broken and tyre pressure monitors not functioning on certain wheels. I cannot get assistance because they are either too busy or refuse to assist (as in the case with the manager of Ronnies executor). This is the worst service I have ever received from a car dealership and would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from there as the after-sales is horrible!

The awesome service level received by Clinton and other staff is way above normal and expected. Clinton on my numerous times visiting Ronnies, has offered a service level way and beyond. Clinton re invents the phrase, " going the extra Mile "
