If there was a minus, they deserve a minus. I just bought hair fibre with them, when I got to the door I realised that it is the wrong length. They refused to do the exchange, I think what makes it worse is the attitude of the store manager, I When she was talking she didn’t even look at me she had such an attitude. I felt I was thrown with cold water. What a an experience to start your day with, never again being treated like a person is doing a favour to speak to you.
I have been looking to speak to someone for the past three days. Regional office send me to head office. The call center can't assist. Only respond I can get unfortunately there's nothing we can do except to transfer calls. Take it they can keep my money.
If I could give a rating lower how I wish. Never image buying a Mercedes Benz could traumatized me. My car has been sitting with a dealer since Easters. They don't know when I will get my car back. The part has been on back order since Easters. They blame covid than it was the Iran war. But I took my Jeep in for repairs got it back the same month. I am paying the car every month, but it is no use for me. Shame on Mercedes Benz so called premium car. If it was not that my car was under warranty I could have taken it long ago with your useless call centre where they can only respond on what is written on systems. The part is still on back order. I don't know if they are trained to respond like that to customers.
Worst experience I ever received, I get depressed just to think about what I am currently going through with these people. My car has been with them since Easters. They don't have any curticy. If I told call will never know what is happening to my car. I communicated with the supervisor it's worse. Went to do a follow up today. The supervisor promised to call me back today with response. The only response a sms telling me they still waiting for my ordered part. What an experience I am going through with these people it is depressing.
I don't know how I can get assisted. My mom bought a phone last year, the phone was return in July last year. My mom received a call from her business to be told that her credit is terminated cause she is listed on itc. My mother don't have a income has been listed for a phone she returned July 2021. When I call I have been told it is still with cancelation department. Call center agents don't allow you to speak to managers for fast tracking they are always in a meeting when you ask for them. Please be careful when you buy from them, the reason for the return the phone received was not the one she ordered. Very frustrating
I am happy my claim was approved. What a relief.
I wish I have checked the reviews before taking insurance with them. I submitted a claim on the 07 September. More than 3 weeks has passed still no response. I just wish they could tell me if they are going to approve or not. So I can get legal advice. Very disappointed most mesirable past weeks of time
Telesure is reflecting on my credit profile as a new account opened and my score has dropped because this. I don't even know them
