Disgusting and absolutely No Response to multiple mails / conversations regarding serious complaint / concern and possible ******* transaction.
Total lack of communication regarding a serious complaint and concern. Similar to dealing with any other call centre in SA. The senior management do not engage and leave one to deal with multiple call agents.
After days upon days of phoning different numbers, re electing a new broker, phones been put down in my ear and getting different advice from whomever spoken to, today I found a Discovery Angel by the name of Joyce Raphela whom works at client services. I was at the stage of trying to find a way to somehow contact Mr. Adrian Gore out of desperation and Total Frustration. A huge Thank You to Joyce whom was friendly, helpful and actually attended to and sorted out my dilemma. Joyce is an absolute asset to Discovery and I suggest Joyce is used for training people at the myriad of different call centers one lands up at when trying to sort out a problem. I would even suggest that Joyce makes a guidance work sheet to be given to everyone in this vast amount of call center divisions. As mentioned after days on end of getting absolutely NO Where, Joyce kindly and Professionally assisted me.
<div>This is most probably one of the first for complementing any Government department. Since February, I have been battling to either register on line or contact any UIF office in the Country, most probably have hung on listening to music for hours on end. Yesterday I contacted the office in Verulem. A pleasant lady ( unfortunately did not record her name ) whom was really Friendly, after to listening to my concerns, said she would get someone to phone me back. I stated that that would never ever happen and I would phone back. I got a call where Mdu Khumalo introduced himself as an employee from Verulem UIF. If I did not have a strong heart, Mdu could have caused me a Heart Attack. Mdu was Friendly and extremely helpful and as he phoned me just before their closing hours, promised to mail all documents to me in the morning to complete. Mdu, you are a very pleasant exception when dealing with Government departments and it is dedicated people like yourself whom should be used to train all people whom deal with the public. Mdu you are an exception of Excellent Service and are an example of what service levels should be offered. The lady whom took my call is also an asset and should also be used to train other people dealing with the public. Thank you Mdu Khumalo for your awesome assistance.</div>
In today's all round extremely challenging times, getting or finding understanding people or Companies is a serious Challenge. Shirley Mace is just that person whom will listen, acknowledge and assist where sometimes one never thought it could happen. Shirley Mace re invents the word Empathy and Nedbank should be super proud that they have a Shirley Mace in their Company and need more people like her. Thank You Shirley Mace.
After hours on my personal mobile number to MFC this week with getting absolutely no where, today on my request of asking for a manager to urgently call me, Michelle Mahhadeo called me. This was a surprise as previous to this call, my dealings have been an absolute nightmare. Michelle was really Friendly, understanding and assisted with my problem whilst on the phone. The service I received was way above normal and Sincerely appreciated. MFC needs a lot more people like Michelle.
The awesome service level received by Clinton and other staff is way above normal and expected. Clinton on my numerous times visiting Ronnies, has offered a service level way and beyond. Clinton re invents the phrase, " going the extra Mile "
Raymond Gultig assisted myself with a serious concern with Liberty even though it was in a different department to where he works. Raymond went way beyond expected and Sincerely appreciated.
Kelly Smith from MFC client services gave me friendly above normal service yesterday which is normally a scarce occurrence when dealing with most client services. Kelly is a huge asset to MFC client services and her prompt assistance yesterday was Sincerely appreciated.
In todays times, good prompt service is rare but Thabo at Motorite claims was outstanding by going that extra mile to assist with an urgent authorization I requested. Thabo is an absolute asset to Motorite.
