We are not happy with Royal Funerals in Block TT. Their service is very much poor and they don't respect the client. My wife has challenges since Monday to claim for funds. Now the funeral is Saturday at Rustenburg and all the documents are sent via email to them but they complain that they have to print it out. How can you print out something that is emailed to you? You just need to forward it to the claiming department to process the funds. This is inconveniencing us and we're angry with the service there. They are unprofessional and ***********.

Bad Service and Scamming People at the time of Burial, my granny covered my uncle and my mom, as per Royal policy it should not their system should pick up that the person is covered already, since it's their fault they refuse to compensate my mother, she's not working wanted to contribute, she can't now because of Royal error, if she knew she should have paid where she would be compensated.

My wife was buried on the 16th February 2019 by Royal funeral parlour and today I was approached by a lady saying she was at the municipality for the permit of their bereaved grave and was told that the parlour swapped the graves. I called royal funeral at Benoni for clarity spoke to the lady by the name of Lenah who said Royal funeral parlour has nothing to do with that.

I have an issue with Royal funerals at springs, i bought a full tombstone in May 2018 they head of it was done and no one told me i would have to pay for transport to bring the body of it. we were told the body can be inserted after the soil has gone down not that it was our decision. so now i want the body and i'm being told stories that were not mention when the purchase was made. what must happen now because their consultant did not explain what is being said now.

Reported death for someone covered,was told that the claim will be paid within 48 hours by Nomvula, then Nkosinathi called me to ask for a police report that I requested and submitted but my claim was still not paid, today a lady called Smangele called me and asked for a BI form. why didn't they ask for everything when I submitted my claim...now they are telling me stories when I gave them everything ..this is bad service at its best, and I will not go up and down for a claim... If they do not pay I will then escalate this matter
