I tracked my parcel will fastway couriers yesterday, the driver who delivers for Sandton said he will deliver before 4pm,i even advised it was a corporate industry, after 4pm when I tried to reach him he did not take my calls mind you I'm the client here, he is suppose to render a service, his name is Molefe, I called the agent spoke to Phuti who assured me that my parcel will be delivered this morning, this morning when I called Phuti is telling me I must just wait the driver is not sure what time he will deliver my item,after waiting and the driver did not come yesterday and **** said he tried to deliver with no luck, security officer said no one came to deliver.
Yesterday at 15:22 I put petrol in my car at BP in Brakpan for R100, they did not put petrol my kilometers were 80, I went to a friend when I got there it was 75 kilometers, later I went back and they told me there were no managers to help me, this is not the first time they are doing it, please don't put petrol at BP garage, same thing happened in Selcourt, Springs, there's something they do not to put petrol, they give you a slip but do not put petrol not at all especially if you paying using cash.
I bought laptop bag on the 8th of January, it was showing on stock, to be delivered on the 18th of of January, they changed delivery date to 30th of January, today they changed the date again to the 8th of February, I've been waiting for weeks for something that should take 5 to 7 days to be delivered, It was my first time buying from loot, I will not buy from them again, everyone who knows me will not buy from them again.
Bad service I logged an exchange, they collected yesterday but did not come with my exchange, when I called this morning they did not have a solution and did not care. I purchased from superbalist and not Zando because they do exchange immediately, but with the service I'm getting now I'm nit happy not at all.

Innovation group sold to me a false cover, for my breakpads, when dealership called for authorization they say I must drive with a car that has a risk of damaging brake disc and the brakes could lead to an accident, Mahlatsi from innovation agreed in the morning to give authorization now I've been holding for more than 20 minutes using my airtime for the recording, they might be erasing evidence, I'm not sure why they are taking forever to give me recording.
Today I dropped off my car at VW Melrose for service, when I picked up the car they did not tell me theyve hurt my windscreen I see it on my way home, I called them spoke to technician who dealt with my car Blessing, he called me back after an hour saying he will send me his email address so I can send the photo of the cracked windscreen till now I'm still waiting for him contact number, I'm not happy with the service I got they saw what they did because they changed wipers, they did not say anything, I call they do not bother to do the correct thing and send me numbers so I can send the Pic I expect my windscreen to be fixed.
Builders Kwa-Thema service is very bad, I bought 3 doors in December the store did not request my doors from the store where they were available, I had to add money now in June again went to the extent of locating the doors and telling them Boksburg had those doors on the 1st of June, on the 7th I got a call that my doors were listed to be collected on the 8th,i went on the 9th at the store I was told those doors were in their storeroom but it's locked I'll get a call on the 10th,today I called call centre 10 times still I'm not being assisted, call centre intensionally say they putting me through knowing when they transfer a call the people at the store cannot hear me, sales manager Patience is incompetent does not fulfill her promises and doesn't give feedback even after I went there and called, their level of incompitiency is just beyond me, If they don't want to work there's a lot of people who want a job and can do it 10 times better.
Hi I would like to log a complain about Springs Mall Jet, I went there 3 times for a death claim and they couldn't assist me because their phones is forever not working, it's costly for me to drive to the mall, the other issue is that they are expecting me to do the claim myself through Hollard at my cost.
