I bought a cell phone at Sportscene Tsakane Mall June 2019 and joined their cell insurance. The phone is now damaged and I took it to Sportscene on the 10th of November. To date the is no communication from the insurance and Dimpho has been helping even calling the insurance but the insurance has not collected the phone yet so quick to debit the account. How long does it take to claim a cell phone?
Bad service at Mc Donald Tsakane mall. First bought food on the 19th December 2022 and we all had running stomach, went back on the 23rd just before 8PM and was told they have closed and only do drive thru. Then went for the drive thru which took an hour to get the food. When you ask the staff what is the delay they don't know, they are not friendly all of them and they have no clue what they doing and how the business operates. This is a franchise yet the employees don't know that they should be following Mcdonald rules.
KFC mall @ Carnival is the best and the only one I eat, always fresh, get to choose your pieces of meat and great friendly staff.
I took a contract with Elite Mobile which they use Vodacom as their service provider. there is no customer support on both companies. I have been trying to contact Elite Mobile and their phones keep on cutting, they don't even try to call me back. what I get debited for is not as per the agreement and worse this month they have double debited me. I don't want this contract anymore can they collect their phone package and if they don't get back to me by the end of Business day Tomorrow I am going to reverse the debit order and stop them from debiting my account.
I took a contract with Vodacom in January and received the phone locked had to go to one of their branches a d open it for R150 as per their instruction and they will reimburse me. To date I have not receive the money, they now debit me 3 time the amount agreed for the contract. I don't know what to do anymore as I am not enjoying Vodacom services they only care about money and not their customers. Very bad service

I bought a Plasma TV at Beares Tsakane Mall with the 2 years guarantee and the TV screen just went off in December. I took the Plasma back to the shop and they don't want to help me the guarantee will expire in May 2021 but they say they can't repair or replace my Plasma. Please can I be advised what to do with the matter as the store has my TV since December and I am still paying for it. PS: Annah Motholo
I have an issue with Royal funerals at springs, i bought a full tombstone in May 2018 they head of it was done and no one told me i would have to pay for transport to bring the body of it. we were told the body can be inserted after the soil has gone down not that it was our decision. so now i want the body and i'm being told stories that were not mention when the purchase was made. what must happen now because their consultant did not explain what is being said now.
