We have a major problem with the company RCS and QUEENSPAR My wife is using QUEENSPARK credit facility to buy clothing She bought an ITEM in November 2024 for which she paid Queenspark via Eft R600 (60% of totalprice) before end November. My wife then asked two weeks ( in December 2024) later for the outstanding balance to pay the rest, RCS responded and indicated they did not receive payment (we forwarded PDF's from the bank) and started to charge her penalty fees. After numerus phone Calls to the call centre , nothing was resolved and just frustration started to creep into our conversations. Interest is charged on the full amount plus a "handeling " fee for the outstanding period. We eventually received a letter telling us we are late in payment, but the amount listed show a penalty which is not correct. The call centre is limited in responding to our request to send us a full statement to have a proper review and to settle this account. I personally think it is VERY POOR service from this group.

I sent an email to ********** to request a settlement amount on my Game and Makro account, There settlement letter does not specify how to confirm closure of these accounts once paid. I paid 04.09.2017 which was in their specified 5 day period. I have sent proof of payment back to ********** and have been sending them emails to confirm settlement and closures of these accounts and to date have received no feedback if these accounts have been closed. I refuse to incur any further charges on these accounts I want proof that they are closed.

Bought a BMW 135i from RSC Auto. Broke on the third day. Broke again after repairs. Broke a third time. Eventually sold it back to them. Forcing my hand to lose 30k after only having the car for two weeks. Vehicle was completely overpriced to start with so couldnt sell it for anywhere close to the original price. Registered a warranty of 20k on this vehicle. They refuse to contact the warranty company so that the warranty can be reversed. Dealer must contact them. Nothing I can do about getting at least this portion back.

Sent lawyers letters. They do not give a hoot. Never consider buying from them!

Sales person was Candice Lane and the owner which I spoke to on numerous occasions is Richard Fuller. Corrupt to the core. How these people sleep at night I have no idea. Manipulating their way to a quick buck. Drive your fancy cars bought on the backs on innocent people.

Total out of pocket loss =50k. Worth every cent to get these horrid people out of my life.

Never ever buy from them! Worst consumer experience of my life!

I bought a car from this delearship in October, to which alot of things were promised that they will be done. Offcourse, all those things were done after alot of following up and chasing the sales lady.

On collection of my Vehicle, I was given my car keys and a spare one. A week or 2 later, something just prompted me to try start the car using the spare key, low and behold the Key could NOT start my car. I thought the battery was low, following morning I drove to Land rover Waterford, this is where I was informed that the key I was given was a dummy key, it couldnt even be reprogrammed for my car. I immediately contacted Candice Lane the sales rep. At first, I thought her response was genuine and I honestly believed her, silly trusting me. This was still in November mind you. From then to now, she has just been telling the same thing, ie I am trying to get hold of the previous owner. Why am being inconvenienced for their own problems. I paid for a car, which was not cheap I might add. CAN I JUST GET THE KEYS, so that we can cut ties.

I bought a Land Rover Discovery from RSC Auto on the 18th of June 2015, I drove from JHB to Nelspruit where I live, the very next day I had a breakdown with the vehicle, the head was cracked and there was diesel in the oil which caused the engine to seize, I contacted RSC Auto immediately, they were so friendly and reassuring and agreed to have the vehicle fixed, this never happened. So to make a long story short, I had to make a case against them at MIOSA (Motor industry ombudsman of South Africa). MIOSA ruled against RSC Auto on the 6th of November 2015 and the ruling stated that they had to fix the vehicle, RSC never fixed it, then on the 25th of January 2016 MIOSA again ruled against RSC Auto to have the vehicle fixed, once again they ignored the ruling. MIOSA advised me that they cannot do anything further for me and I will have to do a complaint with the NCC (National consumer commission). So well that is exactly what I did, I send my complaint on the 23de of February to the NCC and till today has not received any real feedback from them.

I have now been without a vehicle for a year, I still have to pay every month’s instalment on the vehicle and yes Insurance.

I have nothing good to say about RSC Auto’s customer service so will rather not say anything. You can make up your own minds, but I surely will not recommend them to anyone, unless you want to pay for a vehicle and not drive it for over a year. Im not impressed.
