Worst insurance broker
They profess to save you money on insurance premiums if you are over 55. However I have been begging and waiting for a quotation now for about 2 months. Not sure how they stay in business if they cant even provide a quotation.

SERVICE TO DREAM OF !!
My mother passed away and she had funeral policies that was to be paid out. As this is the first time that I am involved with the arrangements of a funeral, I contacted Anne Lewis at SAARP. What a lovely person !! Not only did she guide me through the whole process of claiming, but she also submitted the claims on my behalf. One of the firms seems to be reluctant to pay out the policy and Anne is also communicating with them on my behalf. Anne has all the experience and knowledge in the position she holds at SAARP. Anne is a also wonderful ambassador for SAARP.

SERVICE TO DREAM OF !!

SAARP benefits are tremendous to its membership!
SAARP is truly a friend to those who have retired. Today, I received my latest edition of their newsletter. I'm only a member for one month. Membership is free. They provides us with a card and lots of discounts and offers, including holidays at very reduced prices. The information they send really make a worthwhile read and is packed with health info (this month on strokes) and warnings of scams etc. I thank this organisation and the people who keep us updated and informed. It really is a pleasure to be part of this organisation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
<p>I am through SAARP a member of Auto and General. I have had a few claims and the service is excellent. Each time the consultant was polite and helpful, there were no delays in sorting out claims. I would highly recommend using this service provider for your insurance needs. In this day and age I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and care that is taken and the human component that is always taken into consideration.</p>

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Polite & speedy service to sort out my claim
<p>On returning fromm holiday we discovered that we had had a break in at our home. We have a working alarm system, but still the burglar was able to help himself to items in our house before the armed response arrive. The SAARP consultant Dorathy Hendricks was polite and always kept me up to date on the claim. She reminded me to submit all the necessary slips and sorted my claim out without unnessarry stress and fuss, I did not have to fill in hundredes of forms and waste time. </p> <p>Thank you for your care and consern towards me as a client. I will definately tell my friends and family about this experience. </p> <p> </p>

Great Service & Value Home & Car Insurance
The call handled by two reps at SAARP and by the agent at Auto & General were cordial, pleasant, helpful and really time well spent as I am now paying R8,000 per year LESS than with my previous company for more cover than before.
