They profess to save you money on insurance premiums if you are over 55. However I have been begging and waiting for a quotation now for about 2 months. Not sure how they stay in business if they cant even provide a quotation.
I was promised a refund on 14th September. Today is the 1st of October and I'm still waiting and all my emails are being ignored.

I ordered an airfryer from Dischem on the 29th of November. Today is the 6th og December and nobody can tell me where my order is. Calling and emailing are both futile.
I had a problem with the self inspection on the app. Britney Beardness quickly sent me a link that worked.
My internet has been off since yesterday and all I need to do is to speak to a technician to re-setup my network. Even after several calls I'm told that someone will call me back. I can't work without the internet, but they are not calling. The setup will only take minutes.
I have bought from this company several times and never experienced any problems. Quick and efficient.
This is the worst online company that I have ever dealt with. I live about 3km from their warehouse, but can't get my order delivered. Calling them is also futile and they keep on promising to call me back and they don't. This was a cash order.
I have been with this ISP for several years and I hardly ever experienced any down time. Speeds are also good. Their accounts department is sometimes slow to deduct their debit orders, but that is minor.
This company took over my credit life insurance from Yalu and since I re-financed my loan I have been struggling for months to get them to insure my loan at the higher amount. They seem to not be interested in my business at all.
