Zintle was kind, very well spoken and very patient with me and enabled to convince me she was really working in my best interests and was interested in keeping me as a client , even though times are getting so hard and complicated right now Her manner was gentle and genuine and she convinced me to stay as a client
<p>On returning fromm holiday we discovered that we had had a break in at our home. We have a working alarm system, but still the burglar was able to help himself to items in our house before the armed response arrive. The SAARP consultant Dorathy Hendricks was polite and always kept me up to date on the claim. She reminded me to submit all the necessary slips and sorted my claim out without unnessarry stress and fuss, I did not have to fill in hundredes of forms and waste time. </p> <p>Thank you for your care and consern towards me as a client. I will definately tell my friends and family about this experience. </p> <p> </p>
Ms Martins took my claim and sorted it out giving me the necessary info she required from me to process the claim and once she had this information, processed the claim in record time. She kept me informed by SMS letting me know how far the claim was proceeding and called to say that the claim had been settled and she advised me that once the new item had been purchased to call and put it back on the policy. She was friendly and approachable and her advice was to the point and very helpful..<br> <br> Pity we don't have more telesales personnel like her. <br>
Ordered parts on Tuesday wanted to pay but card machine wasn't working and was promised parts on Wednesday when I did EFT which was FNB to FNB and that was done 7:28 but still NO parts Was told the parts would be here Wednesday night No parts on Thursday either. When called was told the bakkie had gone to couriers to collect the parts and would let me know once he had got the parts This was already at 1.54 - I'm still waiting I think he must have gone to Japan to collect the parts!!!!! It's now 5.45 and No member has returned my calls or delivered my parts. Your service sucks or should I say doesn't suck - there IS NO SERVICE.
Good day <br> <br> 4Th November 2014 I complained about my NY Smoothie maker which from the start has never worked correctly. I have been told to take the smoothie maker to Kenwood repair centre and since then I have called 5 times and been to the premises twice!! each time to be told that Kenwood in JHb have taken the maker and say the bottom is faulty!! BUT nothing happens!!!!!!<br> <br> It is the 4th February 2015 - Did Kenwood send it up to New York to be repaired or am I expecting too much??<br> <br> Your lack of service is shocking-
