Dumplings are a 5/10.. As for the beef/chicken/prawns fried rice I'm extremely disappointed that is a solid 1/10, all the dishes has a chemical taste.. And as for the sweet and sour chicken it's literally chicken nuggets with salty noodles and watered-down cheap tomato sauce... Overall very disappointed..

<p>I will never recommend Sakura Harfield Village to ANYONE, nor will I EVER return.</p> <p>I was treated with such disrespect and cheek from both the waitress and the boss, Christine. We arrived with a valid voucher from Groupon, which was yet to expire. We were then told "sorry we have actually stopped the vouchers with Groupon, you need to speak to them."</p> <p>My voucher was valid, thus it did not concern me whether or not Sakura ceased their relationship with Groupon. I had purchased and paid for my voucher for Sakura, thus they are responsible for providing that service. Not Groupon. (Conveniently for Sakura, Groupon has now shut down and thus I am unable to contact them. However, Groupon sent out an email stating that the vouchers that were bought and paid for are still valid until the date they expire).</p> <p>Do not waste your time at such a disgusting restaurant with such disrespectful management.</p>

Booked a big table for 16 people for the buffet for 7pm. The food in the Chinese buffet was cold. After about 45min there was almost no sushi dishes on the belt going round. The 2 trays normally prepared with various sushi pieces was non existant and never refilled (Chinese as well). By 8pm there was probably 5 dishes going around on the belt. Unfortunately I had no means of taking a photo as proof. Patrons were getting up and looking for both Chinese and sushi but none appeared. As we have been going to this branch since it opened, we found this situation very strange as our group normally has the buffet and there is always plenty to go around. Due to there being no food, it did not take long for the restaurant to empty.

A while ago me and a group of my friends, we were 8 people in total, went to Sakura in Blackheath to go and have some nice sushi. Now because of past experiences we knew by now that we don't go there for good service but we go there for the food, because the food is really nice.<br> <br> However, we refuse to go there ever again, this was on a Friday evening and as I said we were a group of 8 people, which is not a big crowd. The service like usual was absolutely terrible, the lady was there to serve our first drinks and then after that every time we wanted something we had to go and search for someone to assist us. When it got time for us to eat I got really excited because I knew at least I'm going to enjoy the food, only to end up in a situation where some of our food got to the table and one of our friends never got her food, by the time all of us had already finished our food she only got her food. then it was time to pay the bill, we did give a tip of R26, I will not give more because of the poor service. then the waiter has the attitude to ask where her tip is, when I told her why I am not giving her the 10% she turned her back on me and walked away with massive attitude.

A few friends and I went out for dinner last night at the Sakura restaurant. We ordered our first round of drinks. <br> We ordered the food (we had sushi and another friend had a hot meal) the forgot to bring her hot food. <br> Then we all paid and did not give them a good tip as their service was horrible (waiting for 1000 years so get more things to drink and no one asking if the food was any good and when we wanted the bill there was no servers in sight) <br> <br> On another occasion we went there and also did not give the man a good tip. Then he had the audacity to say he does not want the tip we left for him, we can give it to the car guard. <br> <br> I am tired of this happening and will never eat there ever again !!!!<br>
