At the Sebokeng slater. Someone broke my locker and apparently I wasn’t the only one nor was it the first time that happened. They stole my whole R250 that was in purse.

Since the end of February I've been trying to cancel the membership. In march I paid the the 30% cancelation fee which was about R310. Few days ago in April I received an sms stating my cancelation application has failed and I'm needed to pay R209. I've been at the gym multiple times but Im not receiving any help, I requested a meeting with the manager but he is never available at the gym. Really this a gym contact from Hell, I never experienced this with other gyms only this one. I would be very careful joining this gym run by ****mers. On march they debited for march and this means even on April they will do the same. You cant reverse or cancel the debit order until they cancel it on their side. Mosa

They have horrible service. The gym was closed down during the looting and has been closed down since. There have been any communication from them to let me know what's going on but they are still debiting my account.

I joined the gym in 2018 not sure the exact month, however I later changed my mind about gyming there as my schedule did not allow anytime to go to the premises and actually gym. I never used their facilities ever sinve I joined and in about 2 months in to the contract I webt to cancel my membership. The sales assistant was sad to loose me as a client but assisted me in canceling the contract. A cancelation fee was to be paid and I madr a cash payment. The sales assistant assured me the contract was canceled and my account will not longer be debited. Indeed the following months to date there was no debit on my account in regards to Sebokeng gym. However, I've been harassed by a company claiming to be attorneys that represent Sebokeng gym claiming I have not been paying my gym fees and I need to make a payment arrangement with them to cover an increasing amount of about R7000. Sebokeng gym has not contacted me on their personal capacity to even inform me of any monry I owe them and now an attorney company is contacting me to make payment arrangements. I canceled my membership with Sebokeng gym on my personal capacity, I went to theor branch in Sebokeng zne11 to cancel my membership with them 2 months after I took out the contract and even paid the cancelation fee they required. Now I'm being threatened with lawyers and being blacklisted. My advice to those interested in gyming avoid Sebokeng gym. Rather gym elsewhere, where they take consumer setisfaction to heart and not put money before the needs of the consumer. Sebokeng gym is a cheap, time consuming and an unreliable service DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. THE SALES PEOPLE POCKET THE CANCELATION FEE AND THE GYM MAKES IT YOUR PROBLEM.

Ridiculous service Ive been trying to cancel a gym membership which ended effective 30June 2019. Im being send from pillar to post I initially went to Beverly Hills to cancel was advised that admin team is not available and I should leave my details to be called back to date nothing happened. I then called the contact number on the website for the gym to cancel, spoke to Pulane she promised to call me back as she also took my details to date no call back as promised. I just called now and spoke to Mdu he also can't assist because admin team is in training and his manager is not available to assist as he is busy. This is really annoying because I want this contract cancelled asap so that they dont run another debit order from my account. I honestly don't understand how this organisation is run with such bad service, and incompetent.

I signed a contract for 3years from august in 2015 to august 2018 for the Sebokeng gym in Germiston. I went there twice and did not like the setup as it was initially promised there will be a steam room and boxing lessons but that never happed. I tried to cancel but was told to settle it. I let it run through and the last payment was done in October 2018. And after that I stopped the debit orders because my contract was over. Now I have lawyers phoning me that I owe R1600 because I did not owner my contract as I was supposed to write a letter after the contract to say I dont want it anymore yet my 3year contract was finished. Why must I cancel a contract that is already run its course. These people are criminals enriching themselves giving me an excuse that the contract says I must write a letter of cancellation. Right now I am not employed, I have 3 kids to feed. They sent me a message that I am gonna be listed as a default on the credit bureaus. Please help on how I can fix this.
