The most amazing security company
I would like to commend Seek Security in Pierre van Ryneveld for their excellent service. I’ve called onto them for assistance with my 84 year old mother, to help me get her into bed, to help remove a snake in the yard, almost everything and they are always so eager to assist. They were with me when my mother passed and I thank them for coming to my aid and being there for me. God bless you for beyond your duties for our communities

The most amazing security company
I would like to commend Seek Security in Pierre van Ryneveld for their excellent service. Failure to monitor cameras
We installed cameras at a business complex for Seek to monitor. About 6 months later, we had an incident. I had to inform Seek about the incident, turns out nobody was monitoring the camera, they did not realise the power had been cut somewhere in the past. I spent about 2 weeks trying to organise a meeting and to get facts from them. The feedback was very dissapointing, they refuse to take any responsibility or offer me a refund on the expensive cameras that were installed, but probably never monitored. They promised to do an investigation, but I never heard from them again. They only kept sending me invoices to pay for the service (that they don't deliver).

Slow, unresponsive, terrible communication
Although the one technician (Andre) did a great job. The rest of the team (like Travis) is pretty pathetic. Took ages to get a quote (should have listened to that red flag), the entire process of getting my alarm and video cameras up and sorted took ages. Lasty their invoicing, changes of invoice with used items vs not used items, and getting any feedback or having them do these updates were (is still) horrible. I was going to use them as my armed response as well, but very quickly realized I would definitely not even considered that.
