Worst experience EVER I was buying 15 lucky packets for the price I saw on the shelves 3 tags same pricing R9.49 for then I got to the till it ringed R24.00 for one I showed the cashier where I picked the product from and she confirmed the price that I saw, she called her supervisor SUZAN she told me it’s wrong pricing and she refused to sell the product for the price I saw she shouted at me, said it’s not her problem that the product was wrongfully priced. I asked her can we come with a solution I’m the customer and I want those lucky packets she called Thomas the manager he said the same thing that it’s wrong pricing and if we dont want to pay the right price we can go because we are wasting their time. We left those lucky packets. That’s the worst service Ever!! You don’t treat customers with such rudeness and aggression.

A placed a rainbow topping cupcake order food my daughter's birthday with Spar Centurion. Upon collection I received an incorrect cupcake order and when I told the lady it was the wrong order she gave me an attitude and asked me what is she supposed to do with the cupcakes. Not only that but my daughter who's on a spectrum and very particular about what she wants spotted a ****roach in the box of cupcakes... Not only did this ruined my daughter's birthday but it completely put her off cupcakes, now she doesn't even want anything to do with cupcakes.

Concerned about hefty price increase on in-house apple crumble. Today purchased various items including a apple crumble. We purchase on a weekly basis at R41.99, but today R69.99, a 67% increase in one week. Discussed with manager and comment was, " that's the new price" and nothing else.

@Spar Head Office This really needs Attention!!! Spar Mountain View Pretoria Very disappointed in Mountain View Spar. Every weekend there seems to be a problem with stock availability. No pork, no mince, and basic food items are often unavailable. Customers should not have to struggle to find everyday essentials at a supermarket. Management seriously needs to improve stock control and customer service. If the current owner cannot keep the shelves properly stocked, perhaps it is time to consider selling the store to someone who is prepared to run it efficiently and provide customers with what they need. If you want to run a grocery store, you need to look at the needs of the people and your community. Customers rely on you for everyday essentials, especially over weekends. Constantly running out of basic products is unacceptable and frustrating for loyal shoppers. The community deserves better.

She paid double the price of 60 eggs that were on special because the manager decided to switch off the till while she was in the process of paying for eggs. When she asked while still in the shop she was told the other transaction which is fnb card will reverse which didn't happen till date. She's been to spar supermarket sibasa 2ce with no hope of help and also went to fnb bank but the bank comfirms problem lies with spar supermarket sibasa. Spar parklands pathetic service from the cashiers, Siphosethu is very rude, the attitude I received from her this morning u would swear that I went to her house to ask for charity,the way she looked at me while was waiting for her to be ready to help, call me or greet. You wouldn't say she is was at work... She looked at me with an attitude. I waited while looking at her too. She kept quiet and continue showing me her honors at giving bad service. I am stil shocked. She realy don't deserve working with customers at all.
