Tanc Scrubs very disappointing service
Made an online order for one garment at Tanc on the 2nd of December 2025, it's the 29th of December still no garment, when calling to follow either the staff lies on the progress or makes "skeleton staff" excuse while they commit to a fixed timeline on the orders, they're ignoring my calls now.

Exceptional service at Tanc Durban
I would like to give the Tanc Durban branch a 5-star rating. The staff, particularly the ladies, are extremely friendly and provide excellent service.

Great service
I had a great service from tanc in cape town I phoned asking for directions one lady picked up the phone very quick she was so nice. As i entered the door same lady who answered the phone greeted me and and continue helping me her name is Lindokuhle . I will continue refering relatives and friends to Tanc in cape town

Poor online experience again and again. !
Ordering online is an extreme sport. Trying to communicate with online agents is a horrible experience. The phone line is off. Having to explain your order over and over to different agents who ignore your messages the whole day. I had an unprofessional, exhausting experience with the excuse of WhatsApp being hacked. The way the agent responded to me was condescending. I would not make a follow up on pants I have not received. My previous online orders were also a mess with the order taking a month. Upon following up it seemed as if they only started working on my job because I made a follow up. The online team needs to work on their service delivery and the manner in which they communicate. Might as well go in store for peace of mind. The ladies at hydepark handled my situation with empathy and understanding. As for whom ever is handling the WhatsApp line and the 011 line being off .... I have no words......They are bringing the Tanc scrubs name down. I have always bought scrubs from Tanc. However, online experience is extremely poor.

Worst service ever - stay away from Tanc Scrubs
I have placed an order and paid for that order with Tanc Scrubs on 19 February. I have sent several emails, made several calls to confirm when this order would be dispatched - every time it is a different story and excuse! I have been promised that it would be delivered since the 25 th but yet, here we are and I had to call them again - answer that I got is they do not know why it has not been dispatched. PLEASE don't use these company - there is no customer service at all!

Worst service ever - stay away from Tanc Scrubs
I have placed an order and paid for that order with Tanc Scrubs on 19 February. Terrible Service
I have not had a good experience with tanc. Their communication is bad and customer service is terrible. I ordered multiple scrubs over 2 weeks ago and have not received an update. When I asked when is it coming the response from customer is short and rude without further elaboration as to what is going on. People who have ordered scrubs days after me have received theirs already and I am yet to receive an explanation as to why that is. I would not recommend Tanc to anyone as this is the worst service i’ve received.

Terrible Service
I have not had a good experience with tanc. Their communication is bad and customer service is terrible. I ordered multiple scrubs over 2 weeks ago and have not received an update. When I asked when is it coming the response from customer is short and rude without further elaboration as to what is going on. People who have ordered scrubs days after me have received theirs already and I am yet to receive an explanation as to why that is. Tanc scrubs: Worst customer service ever
I had the worst experience with Tanc Scrubs. I ordered multiple sets of scrubs over three weeks ago, and I still haven’t received them. Every time I call to follow up, I get nothing but excuses and no clear answers. Their customer service is terrible—they keep giving me the runaround instead of resolving the issue. I would not recommend Tanc Scrubs to anyone. If you’re looking for reliable service and timely delivery, this is not the place to shop. Extremely disappointing experience.
