Terrible service.
Terrible terrible service. They deliver wrong order intentionally knowing that their process for returns is lengthy. Chanelle is the worst service provider. Awful I've been on the line for 3 hours now with Chanelle

Don’t buy from Hi fi Corp online. They have a 14 days refund policy
Placed an order online paid and they accepted it. I could even track the order next thing the order number doesn’t exist. Phoned them they said they don’t have stock, I asked for a refund I’m being told it will take 14 days! Bunch of scammers

Unreliable Service from Dixon Polokwane
I bought a battery from Dixon in Polokwane this year, the battery started giving me problems and I took it back to them. They charged it and said it’s fine. Within weeks it died again I took it back they charged it again now it died I took it back they are accusing me of tampering with the battery. I have never taken this battery elsewhere. This is so disappointing. The manager came straight and accused me of lying and this is the battery they’ve been charging and giving it back to me. Shame on you

Excellent service from Solomon Motau (Autohaus centurion)
Received the best service from Solomon Motau. From parking the car he greeted me with a smile, to test driving to offering me coffee ☺️ And making the car purchase so smooth. I will definitely be buying another car from autohaus centurion. Thank you Solomon and may you offer other customers the same service you offered me.

Bad service from FNB employee (Livhuwani)
Went to FNB centurion branch. Found Livhuwani Mahadu at the front desk she is a horrible human being with no intentions of delivering satisfactory service to clients. I’m only putting it out there so that when you go to fnb centurion try and avoid her if you want to leave the branch with a smile on your face. Tyrone was very helpful.
