When you buy and want to return .....you don't get your money back. Only exchange or voucher. I received a gift from my bf from freedom of movement. I did not like the style and quality. Upon returning we were informed there's a no money back policy. You either exchange or accept a gift card that lasts 3 years. Left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had to choose anything just for the sake of it. Reminded me of Pakistani shops in JHB CBD. They should at least make it clear before you spend. NO MONEY BACK ONLY EXCHANGE. That way we won't make a mistake buying from FOM.
Ordering online is an extreme sport. Trying to communicate with online agents is a horrible experience. The phone line is off. Having to explain your order over and over to different agents who ignore your messages the whole day. I had an unprofessional, exhausting experience with the excuse of WhatsApp being hacked. The way the agent responded to me was condescending. I would not make a follow up on pants I have not received. My previous online orders were also a mess with the order taking a month. Upon following up it seemed as if they only started working on my job because I made a follow up. The online team needs to work on their service delivery and the manner in which they communicate. Might as well go in store for peace of mind. The ladies at hydepark handled my situation with empathy and understanding. As for whom ever is handling the WhatsApp line and the 011 line being off .... I have no words......They are bringing the Tanc scrubs name down. I have always bought scrubs from Tanc. However, online experience is extremely poor.
Awesome service. It was literally plug and play as promised. Agents are constantly communicating with you. 10 stars for Janco. I was 45 min late for my appointment and he still managed to assist with installation. I highly recommend their services. And they are very professional compared to my old internet service provider.
FNB Eloff street is the most useless branch. I tried to go in last week they closed the branch telling us to come back later. Same thing today, I literally just got to the branch and they closed it again. So useless. Might as well just close down and stop wasting our time.

Clicks Parkstation must change their opening times. It's almost always closed because there is no power. Or you can't access certain aisles because they still mopping after 9am and the cleaning staff give you bad attitude when you try to complete your shopping. Security is the friendliest I've ever come across as well as the tellers.
Eden tech in Mall of Africa is selling counterfeit goods. I purchased a iphone usb cable from them on the 14th of August 2020 for R400. The owner of the shop kept insisting that it is original. From the first day of using it I noticed that it charges slow. On the 23 of August it just stopped working. When I went to the shop to return the said goods the owner of the shop literally broke the cable whilst I'm looking at him. He then goes on to blame it on me. PLEASE PEOPLE OUT THERE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT EDEN TECH. THAT MAN IS SELLING FAKE GOODS AND HE DOESN'T REFUND YOUR MONEY. An original usb cable will never break within 2 weeks of using it.
I am so disappointed and disheartened by the service I have received at VW Mcduling in booysens. My car came in end of June 2019. I have paid for the parts to fix my car. I've been running after them for answers on my gold 6R. I was told 2 weeks ago they waiting on a technician that went on leave. Now this week I am told the technician is on training. My service consultant Laura never updates me on the car. I have to constantly send her messages. She even told me she doesn't know what to say and I must take it up with her manager. If they are failing to fix my car can they please just take it to another dealership. I'm literally begging for my car. I am at my wits end. My life is at a standstill. Can someone at Vw please help me.
