I am writing to express my frustration with the courier company you are using. I ordered my scrubs on April 22, 2026, and today is May 7, 2026, yet I have not received them. It is your responsibility to ensure that your customers receive their orders on time. I would like a refund, and you may keep the scrubs. My order number is 274771.
The worst courier company ever! I don't understand why TANC uses them. My parcel was collected on May 5, 2026, and was in Louis Trichardt the next morning. By the afternoon, it was back at North Bay, and it remains there. I tried calling, but they just hung up on me. Their WhatsApp service is even worse. It's unacceptable for a parcel to reach its destination and then get sent back to a different province. TANC, please use a reputable courier service. I've paid for this nonsense, and I want my money back. Return my parcel to TANC!
We cannot reach you to make an amendment to my son's application. The option to speak with the agent on your line is not working.
I transferred an amount of R5000 from my capital account to my African bank savings account on the 10th August 2021, African Bank has suspended my account since then claiming the deposit was lump sum. I went to the Carletonville branch on the 27th of August 2021 and they told me my account was active and I left there, but still couldn't transect or even transfer money. I call the African bank head office and the phone was not functioning properly. on the 30th August 2021, I went to the branch and they confirmed that their head office had phones problems. they then called the head office and I spoke to Matsatsi who wanted the proof of payment and I emailed her and she told me within 24 hours they will call me to unblock my account. even today on the 1st September 2021 I still can not access my money. Please help me.
you can not reach their head office line, except when you want to join their police and it is not fair because if you want to query something there are nowhere to be found. I have tried to reach their office this morning several times with no luck on 012 366 3700, 3 options where given to me to choose from which are : 1 if you want to enqire about the existing policy, 2 if you want a new police and 3 if you want to speak to an agent. 3 was my option, but the phone ringed and was hanged 7 times. I wanted to check if they were aware of about the jobs that where advertised by their company name Assupol that we needed to pay R1500 for you to get that job.
I have this telesure group PTY LTD on my credit report and they say I am owing them R1057.00. I have never made any business with this company and I owe them nothing. Please help me
It wasn't what I expected from them, I still wished Renault should compensate me for all the stress and risk they put me through. but my legal adviser was too busy for my case. I was not really happy to be honest
