Received terrible service from this company. I ordered a canvas almost 2 years ago with them, made payment as she wanted payment up front, but up until today I have not received the canvas. All i got was one excuse after another. Requested a refund and was told "sorry I will do this once I have money in my account". Very unprofessional.

I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with TE Print Services based in Old Strandfontein Rd, Ottery, Cape Town. I have ordered personalized gifts and the end-result of the products were extremely upsetting and unprofessional. The company weren’t very responsive when I complained about their service until I left a review on Google and their Facebook page. I was immediately contacted and threatened with their lawyers. The situation was not handled in any professional way and the owner of the company blamed me for placing the order on such a short notice. The company also didn’t take responsibility for their lack of service. I paid a very huge amount of money for this. I was so ashamed of the products that I didn't even give the gift over to the person that it was meant for. So, in the end I ended up with a package worth R600 and no gift. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone as I see now that there has been multiple other cases and complaints, similar to mine. This company shouldn’t even be open for business as they aren’t willing to refund or fix their mistakes. I have contacted the owner multiple times and she refused to help me. As a business, it is not the client’s responsibility to reach out to you and to try and get some sort of solution. This is heartbreaking, as it feels like they are just out to make money out of people and they are truly so unprofessional and rude!

I made a payment to TE Print on the 8th of November, thinking that I would receive my order that same week, because she pushed me to do the payment. It is now two weeks later and she keeps coming up with excuses. She stopped reading my messages on Friday and today she is also not taking my calls.

Been waiting for my shirts and caps to be printed for 5 months and they keep giving excuses when we check in. I know you make a living from this but don’t take on things you can’t deliver on. This is a business you running, I didn’t donate my money.

Just a little rant from my side. Something I never do on Social Media, but it's gotten to a point where I feel I need to say what's on my mind to prevent other people from making the same mistake I made. Now, I run my own small business and I appreciate all the support I get from everyone, but then you get people who think it's fun and games to scam other people for their hard earned money. Long story short, I ordered a certain amount of Tshirts and Caps for my Photography Business as I pride the way we look as a team when we're out shooting. Me, being the trust worthy and supportive person I am, decided to make use of a local company to have our Tshirts and Caps printed. Mind you, I went out and physically bought the Tshirts myself. This took place in April of this year (2021). -- also why we haven't been showing up with our gear, now you know why! 😕 It's been 5 Months later and I have not received my items yet. FIVE WHOLE MONTHS LATER! Everytime I am given an excuse as to why it's not completed or why it cannot be delivered - even though I offered on multiple occasions to come and collect, which weirdly I am not allowed to or always denied from. Not just that, I have contact with other clients who've made use of their company and experienced the same problem with them - also waiting for months and still counting for their items. Now, I have been extremely patient and accepting up until now. I know that my order was not big, but if you want your business to excel, make sure you treat all of your clients with respect and put their customer needs first. I mean, I spent over R700 on my items, and it comes straight from company expenses. As a photographer, you really don't make a lot. There is so many other things that need to be paid before I can get paid, which people don't understand and that R700+ could've been put to so much better use or even better service. And another thing, they keep posting other work they've done for clients but all my calls and messages get ignored. I hate to name and shame because we're all still trying to recover from the current state of the economy, but that does not give anyone the right to scam people out of their money just to make a living. Do things right and everything will fall in place. I'm just at a complete loss for words, and I can say that I'm disappointed because I put so much faith in this company and I had too many high hopes and low lows. But I suppose that just the way things go. Just be so aware of company's like this, I'm not saying their work is bad but I am not the only client of theirs who has received this type of service.

Terrible service, a disappointment, and a bad example of how small business is run. I do my best to support local businesses and am fairly flexible with their services, but this experience has been so unpleasant. 16 Mar 2021 - I placed and paid for my order of a jacket (they were very persistent about this being done timeously) they advised that I would receive my jacket within 7 days.23 Mar 2021 - I followed up - no response. 24 Mar 2021 - They responded stating that they need an extra day because the public holiday threw them off and their car would not start resulting in them losing a day of production. I obliged. 30 Mar 2021 - I followed up again. They replied to say that it will be done this week and they would message me when done. 01 Apr 2021 - I received a message saying that the owner's dad is unwell and it was her son's confirmation that week and she was so busy and that she would get it completed over the weekend. I empathized. 03 Apr 2021 - I received a voice note saying that her supplier is out of stock, they only have XS and S AND that they have new increased prices that kicked in on April 01st and how she does not want to compromise on quality. I replied at this point asking for a refund. She did not reply. 06 Apr 2021 - I followed up again and attached their invoice, they did not reply. 07 Apr 2021 - I followed up with the assistant who said that I could only get my refund in the next 2 weeks. I asked that it happen this week as I have been waiting long enough, the owner then contacted me saying that she already advised that the supplier is out of stock, telling me she does not have the money now and I will have to wait as some material has already been purchased I did advise her that the public should be made aware of her poor service, she then told me that her lawyers will be contacting me as my complaint on social media goes against consumer act standards and that she will sue me. My statements above are all correct and I have the screenshots and voice notes to back this up.
