So I contacted this unprofessional company to find out how much they will offer for my new lounge suite that hasn’t been used because we bought two, not only did they read the message and not answer, I also had to beg them to reply and when they did reply they spoke to me with sin an attitude and so much to sarcasm, they offered me R800 as an insult for my stuff. You know I understand if you don’t want to purchase something from someone and that is absolutely fine because we all have different taste but to be so rude and mock me but offering me R800 for something I paid R26,000 for, and I wasn’t even asking for that much all wanted was to know if they were interested because the internet said they are the best, but that was such a lie, this company is an absolute joke and I urge anyone who has stuff to sell NEVER EVER EVER go to this company because they will only make you a fool like they did with me. It’s so sad to see so many people in a company act to horrible towards a potential client/customer, this company should be closed due to its unprofessional manner of chatting to clients and to make things worse it was their WhatsApp line that answered me like that, I mean can you even be so brave to do that to someone you don’t know who could possibly be one the greatest clients your company could ever have, I could of been that client. It’s sad to say but this company won’t last long due To its employees and the was they act, imagine people lower than you acting as if you owe them something lol this has to be a joke, no one should support this company

Team Red Ribbon is a company operating in Gauteng. Their business is the buying of furniture and household goods. They collect and pay on the spot, "Nothing too big or too small for us" or so they claim. My experience with them has been far from satisfactory to say the least, in fact it was by far the worst service I ever experienced. Let me explain; Elderly family members passed away a while ago and I had a lot of extra furniture cluttering my house. As Red Ribbon states on their website that they "specialize on estates I contacted them approximately 7 weeks ago. Johan arranged an appointment and Wynand rocked up at my place, late but anyway. This was a Wednesday. He had a look at all the items, one of which was a huge Oregon Pine dining room display cabinet. His parting words were" let me do my homework and come back to you on Friday with pricing". Needless to say that never happened and on the following Monday I phoned Johan again. He promised to let Wynand call me. I took Wynand,s call at 10h30 while I was shopping. He promised to call me back before 12h00 that same day. THREE WEEKS later he still did not call me back. I phoned Johan again. Again he promised to tell Wynand to call me back, which he did full of excuses. I told him that I cannot do business with people like them because they constantly do not keep their word and that they are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Last week Monday my wife contacted Johan again. She thought that possibly the people from Red Ribbon do not like me and that she might get different treatment. Johan arranged an appointment with guess who? Off course Wynand again, for between 09h00 and 12h00 on Friday 25 October. By 12h30 she sent a WhatsApp asking if they still plan to . Wynand finally arrived at approximately 16h00. He looked at the items, now mostly different from the previous lot and I give you three guesses what his parting words were!!! You are so right "Let me do my homework and come back to you not later than Mondy (28 October) It is now Wednesday (30 October) and still not a word. I rest my case. I certainly want no excuses or anything from them but I want to let everybody know that they are UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIR WORD AND PROMISES MEANS TOTALLY NOTHING. They **** blatantly into our faces and it is most certainly a Company to AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst service possible would not recommend them to anyone, made a booking with them got a confirmation email and took time off work to meet them and no show then try to call them and no answer, phoned them off a different number and they answer then they start giving me excuses the booking did not show on their side, so made another booking with them over the phone took more time off work and again no show for the second time, I phoned them and they said they had a flat tyre and they will be with me shortly and then they don't want to answer the phone again DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Arranged for an appointment to come through as per the items listed on their pamphlet. Arrived gave a very poor monetary cost offer, then proceeded to say they dont take appliances like that. He wanted a painting which was not agreed to so i wanted to do some research on it first. He then proceeded to walk out and said I do not do business like this. Very misleading in the items they are looking for and poor monetary offers as to what they offer. Will never use them nor recommend them. taking advantage.

Service was almost too quick for comfort!! They quoted on everything that we had put aside for removal. Would have liked a higher offer but at the end of the deal we agreed that the price was reasonable. We made an appointment online and Johan called us in the morning to confirm the appointment. In fact he arrived early! Can recommend them.

Service was almost too quick for comfort!! They quoted on everything that we had put aside for removal. Would have liked a higher offer but at the end of the deal we agreed that the price was reasonable. We made an appointment online and Johan called us in the morning to confirm the appointment. In fact he arrived early! Can recommend them.

I made a booking on their website and received a confirmation email. I arranged everything according. They phoned and cancelled an hour before the booking time saying it is too far and it is raining and they don't want to talk to me about this any longer. This is the worst experience ever. I am so disappointed!
