TEBA inconsistency
I emailed to you complaining about the incorrect date or year Mr A started working.I even sent you documents as evidence that in January 1982, he attained a certificate as an employee of the very same company. It can not be that a person can have a 1982 certificate, and on their Record Of Service it says he started working there in 1987. Suddenly, I’m told the case has been closed. Without a report on what is the outcome.whether it has been resolved or not. If it has been resolved why don’t they send me the rectified Record Of Service?

Poor service
I’m complaining regarding a claim that was made in July at Teba Bank Phuthaditjhaba Client name: Charles Mopeli ID 5705315655083, I went to the branch they have telling me the same story that they have sent an email to head Office and No one has responded. I decided to send an email also to their head office regarding the claim. No one has gotten back to me with the progress of the claim. I’m really disappointed by the appalling service we are receiving from Teba and Anglo Shares.

Poor service

Excellent services
I called Teba bank Witbank last month wanting to be assisted with a service record for my late father who worked in the mines a long time ago, I first went to another place where they told me they cannot assist because my father had a old brown ID that's when I called Witbank Teba and was assisted by Nomvuyo Ndinisa she was very helpful and willing to help, she is professional and passionate about her profession she assisted me without doubt and she very patient. I would like to thank her for her selfless service.

WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH FOR A SERVICE RECORD
<p>I have been calling Teba in JHB for the gneration of my father"s service record, till today I havent got it,paid monies R100 and attached the certified I.D copy of Pumzile Xongo for the generation of the service record, till to date I havenet received anything, everytime I call, I am sent from pillar to post and they hung up the phone on me everytime. The consultant who intiially assisted me and who now sends me from pillar to post is thabiso amseko</p>
