We had the worst experience with this company, we paid them. They didn’t come to do the job the owner is now ignoring our calls. Don’t ever think of using them
We paid this company R4000 for blinds to be done in our house and guy kept on promising that he will come and he never did, then he promised to refund us back our money he has refunded us.
I’m writing on behalf of my Mom who is a pensioner, she spoke to Clientele consultant but never gave them consent to deduct money on her account as she also did sign anything or gave them a list of people she wants to insure however there has been money that was deducted from her account. She went to the bank they couldn’t reverse the debit order. Can you kindly cancel the debit order and refund her the money that was deducted from her account without consent. Her number 0634575850
I would like to complain about the service we are receiving from Metropolitan In Qwaqwa. My father Charles Mopeli ID number 570531 5655 083 had retirement fund with with them. Immediately after he passed on in August we went there to claim and submitted all the documents they requested us to submit. My elderly Mother have been going there and every time she’s there they always tell her to come next week, and next week when she goes there it’s the same story again they tell her to come next week. I’m pleading with you guys can you get someone who can assist my Mom she is really in need of that money. And she can’t afford to always take a taxi to be told to come next week.
Kindly assist I have pulled my credit profile and I have I have telesure mentioned there that I owe them. I have never done any business with them. Please sort this out
I wrote a complaint about identity Cresta last week, I’m so impressed with their service their prompt response, wanting to know all the details and apologizing. I’m really happy Keneilwe the store Manager handled the matter very well and resolved my query.
I’m complaining regarding a claim that was made in July at Teba Bank Phuthaditjhaba Client name: Charles Mopeli ID 5705315655083, I went to the branch they have telling me the same story that they have sent an email to head Office and No one has responded. I decided to send an email also to their head office regarding the claim. No one has gotten back to me with the progress of the claim. I’m really disappointed by the appalling service we are receiving from Teba and Anglo Shares.
I’m deeply disappointed with the service I got from Identity Cresta, I was there few days to buy a blazer and I was told I’m not allowed to use fitting room. I took the blazer which I believe is my size and left. I had a very busy day. I’m not quite sure where I mis placed the slip and unfortunately when I got home the blazer it’s big. With all the prices and tags still intact I went to the store humbly requested to exchange and they refused. Can you please fix your system so that you can either send us the slip on our emails, Because now I don’t know what am I going to do with that big blazer I bought.
I’m angry disappointed by the appalling service we received from standard bank insurance. We made a claim for funeral cover on the 12th of August at Phuthaditjhaba branch, till today the 24th of August we haven’t received the money or any call from them. I went to the branch again to follow up they just dialed their call Centre I was on the call for more than 30 just for them to pick up the call.
I had the worst service at Coricraft Cresta and their head office. I have an account with Coricraft and I decided to pay it off and close the account. They told me after paying it off I need to pay a settlement amount which I don’t even understand what is it for because the account I opted for was 6 months no interest. I paid it off now I want to pay the “ settlement amount “ no one wants to give me the amount. Paid on Friday they told to come me on Monday to check the settlement amount as the amount paid takes 24 hours to reflect on the system. Monday I went to the store they called their head office I was on hold for about 30 minutes only to be told the amount is still not reflecting. I was told they’ll call me on Wednesday regarding the settlement amount. No one called me, I went to the store again on Thursday they called head office I was on hold again for about 20 minutes Only to told again that the amount I paid is still pending therefore they can’t calculate the settlement amount. I am not happy at all with the appalling service I received.
