I am one of their old clients yet today they want R250 to fix a range extender for their own wi-fi for which I pay every month.
A taxi reversed to my car last year and it's damaged. The taxi has been fixed but not mine. They said I must wait for thirty days after that one of their agent will be assigned to my claim. I submitted all documents needed. Now is another year I am without a vehicle.
No internet for 5 days on a prepaid deal. My iKeja number is 1866. I brought the problem to their whatsapp communication on Tuesday the 09/01/2024 after my internet responded on previous Monday, "connected but no internet". I had no internet for 5 consecutive days. I am unable to work for a whole week.
I have submitted a claim to them after a taxi damaged my car. They said that their agent will respond after 30 days. That did not happen. I sent them a reminder via email. Up untill now, no response. In the meantime, þhey have fixed the taxi.
Zone Fitness blacklisted my whole family after I mistakenly failed to cancel my family memberships contracts. I had a brain operation to remove a tumor, and afterwards, I could not drive. This had a ripple effect on my whole family who could not attend gym without transport. Zone Fitness is not sympathetic to my current health status. They blacklisted everyone in my family whose membership depended on me. They are chasing me with debt collectors.
I contacted this company when I was tracing my unclaimed benefits a few years ago. They never resolved the claim. Today I am still being sent to them. Maybe it's a financial gain to them to keep the claimant's benefits longer

This company operates on a prepaid basis. Today there was no internet from 05h00 to 12h50. This is a very poor service. This is not an isolated incident. This happens almost every week and not a word of apology to the clients. If you are working from home you are advised not to depend on this company
I applied for a loan against my housing loan. I was told initially that I qualify for R33000. Then I filled in the bank papers and waited for loan approval. The bank told me that my application could not be approved because of a listing by DirectAxis. This camer as a surprise because I do not have any dealings with this company. This is a mistake by the company and its for them to rectify this and contact FNB to clear my name. Right now I cannot approach any company for a loan or to open an account.
