This company borders on thievery. The manager is rude, does not listen to reason and will threaten and intimidate to get paid - even for work not done. They are NOT an authorised DSTV installer. Stay as far away as possible. Don King does not understand what running a business means.

Terrible Service...they do not deliver on time as promised. When you call you get speak to someone that is extremely rude...customer service is something they have no clue of. I wish I read the reviews before contacting them.

The worst company ever dealt with. After taking your money, and it still doesn't work, you will be dealing with the "Don" of the company, a rude, obnoxious, bad attitude, disrespectful individual. Promises to sort out the problem, with no luck for days, then promises to refund your money, but everytime you call them he takes the call and then cuts you off!!

The worst company ever dealt with. After taking your money, and it still doesn't work, you will be dealing with the "Don" of the company, a rude, obnoxious, bad attitude, disrespectful individual. Promises to sort out the problem, with no luck for days, then promises to refund your money, but everytime you call them he takes the call and then cuts you off!!

Recently had a problem with my dstv decoder where it was not picking up a signal so I contacted these guys after seeing their details on the internet. Their service is pathetic and it is as though they are doing you a favor. They overcharge and tell you that the technician miscalculated the cost. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. The second time that they came out and charged us again , they didn't even resolve the problem, They didn't even produce a receipt. On their website that advertise that they give pensioners a discount but they still overcharge.

Recently had a problem with my dstv decoder where it was not picking up a signal so I contacted these guys after seeing their details on the internet. Their service is pathetic and it is as though they are doing you a favor. They overcharge and tell you that the technician miscalculated the cost. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. On Thursday 06 September 2018 I contacted "Don" the owner of TELEFUSION to have my Starsat moved from my old place to the new one. He told me to whatsapp him on another number and quote our conversation, So I had done so with absolutley no response back but evident that whatsapp has shown message was read. I sent a few more messages the following day and still no reply. I called Don the owner again which always seems to have a very bad attitude when having a conversation with him as if he is doing you a favor and directs me back to whatsapp. He promised me on Friday that he will move the satellite and have the StarSat connected that Saturday. On Saturday I called him around 9AM he said its too early to talk but he will sort everything out I must whatsapp him again. The entire day passed with nothing been done by him or his company. I called him on Sunday he said he will send someone immediately to sort it out and to no surprise no one showed up. I contacted him on Monday and expressed my dissapointment to him and all he could say was "Im Sorry" before been sarcastic trying to threaten me over whatsapp. Worst service ever experienced especially coming from the "owner" of a company. Stay away, chose someone else and get peace of mind at the end.

<p>Satellite JOY (Telefusion Services cc) preys on unsuspecting customers by GROSSLY overcharging them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Satellite JOY (Telefusion Services cc) was called out on to investigate bad signal issue at a residence.</p> <p>The Technician replaced the satellite dish and receiver, and was on site for about 30 minutes.</p> <p>The amount that was charged came to a total of R2480.00!! I have phoned DSTV call centre and a consultant informed the the installation should have cost R1000 at the most!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very CLEARLY and exorbitant amount and the customer was unfairly overcharged. www.satellitejoy.co.za offers a pensioner discount, which was also not mentioned to the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>As per Satellite JOY invoice:</p> <p>1 x Mild steel dish = R1500.00</p> <p>1 x Single receiver = R280.00</p> <p>1x Labour = R700.00 (time on site 30minutes)</p> <p> </p> <p>It would have been more cost effective for the customer to buy a brand new DSTV decoder with installation for R599. The cost of a 90cm Mild Steel Dish kit is about R700. Satellite Joy DOUBLE charged for the dish!</p> <p>The labour fees of R700 for being on-site for 30mintues is disgustingly overpriced as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>The customer is elderly and was desperate and did not know better. Satellite JOY took advantage of this and grossly overcharged the unsuspecting customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Installers such as Satellite JOY should NOT be supported for their unscrupulous business conduct!!</p>

<p>Get Telefusion services to connect myTV and decoder in my Zinkwazi house these 3 dodgy guys arrive anyway once job done present me invoice which includes new remote and LB these items were never replaced and when fitting my TV onto wall they crack the screen with promise to replace they ****** off and have now gone quiet on me and refuse to reimburse me please be warned they are incompetent thieves beware please spread the word</p>

Telefusion services installed a new DSTV cable to another TV, We lost picture to the other TV's. We called them out to honor the 6 months guarantee. They were rude and not happy to come back. Tried to fool us by stating we have trees blocking our signal. Eventually another company came out and fixed the problem. The other company called Telefusion Services and told them that they blew up our switches. Telefusion Services told us to send banking details to arrange a refund. A week later we called and they threatened us and told us to remove their installation, drop the cables off at the SAPS and then only will they refund us!! Can you believe it. Do not deal with this business.
