Thabang assistance was absolutely incredible, a real asset to the company
Purchased a second contract with MTN, should have re considered due to always bad service the first time. And incomplete sale with the consultant over the phone led to a wrong device delivered to me. I was told to return it to an MTN store and not a franchise and I try calling all stores in my area none on them can answer or be of help. I'm stuck with the problem to ensure its returned within 10 days or I'm liable for costs. Strong network but most weakest customer support in Africa
Thank you Zaheera from Rewardsco who assisted me regarding my concerns raised on my new contract application. Really made me feel comfortable and gave me clarity on everything needed. Your company is really lucky to have you... thank you...
I bought a streetwise 2 for my son at Reservoir Hills KFC a month back it was over done burnt and horrible, I left it as normally the food is always good. Last week I bought a bucket of 24 wings and there was no salt, no spice on the chicken just plain battered wings. Dropped down in standards very disappointed
My fiancee opened a homechoice account in February, she purchased a few things and thought all is well. We heard some rumours so we co tacted homechoice for clarity. So you agree to pay an instalment as advertised for a specific duration...BUT that's not how it works, you will pay monthly even past the agreed period and in order to stop you need to ask for a settlement. So basically you will continue to pay for as long as possible until you as for a settlement, the consultant even said they having complaints of this everyday but no action is taken. False advertising cause not even the T&C's we got said anything about this. We reporting them now to the credit ombudsman as this is not acceptable
Capitec had made a reversal into my account as their own mistake. to correct this they had transferred money from my savings account which I use for my child into my main account and withdrew the money without sending me proper communication. HOW SAFE IS YOUR MONEY WITH CAPITEC. The consulted who assisted me first told me it was another company who reversed the debit order and did not know what she was talking about. The company I contacted explained they received my payment and everything was fine on their side. The consultant then says its due to failed debit orders. ABSOLUTELY terrible experience with capitec after banking with them for years. Awaiting till now for the consultants manager to call me still nothing. Pay cheap for cheap service.
I have a contract with Vodacom for 23 months which I honoured payments every month. I'm due for an upgrade and they tell me my scoring with them is low. I want to upgrade but they say I can't upgrade on a lower package but higher one. Is that making any sense??? I'm my score is low they want me to pay a higher premium or an upfront fee of R1000 Gosh Vodacom is ripping people off. I think it's time after many many years of loyalty to take the business to MTN SA's best network as they may be.
So I have been having such pathetic signal from 2018 till current with Vodacom. I always speak high about Vodacom because I have been a prepaid client for many many years. It used to be the most reliable network and should be the best network in South Africa but clearly NOT. I live in Shannon Drive Reservoir hills and suffer with calls and data every single minute. I heard how MTN customers who suffer in dead zones and stuff get assistance from the network provider by them receiving Signal Boosters and stuff so I lodged a complaint with Vodacom and the next day all they could say is "they are working on it and want to install network towers in the area but it can be months or years no one knows. I recently purchased a Vodacom Contract for 24 months and I can barely use the benefits because of such **** signal in reservoir Hills. 4 Vodacom subscribers in one property including myself are in torture of poor signal and Vodacom just doesn't care at all and willing to do nothing for their valued clients. So much for that... Years of loyalty gets you clearly no where
I had taken a temporary loan from FNB +- aver 4 years ago. They debited partially from my account and they just suddenly stopped. I used the account many years before taking the loan right up to 2018. My monthly salary continuously went in my account but FNB just never debited my account. After a few years realizing that I still have that outstanding loan I called the Call Centre in 2017 to make payment arrangements and they advised me to visit the branch which I did on Anton Lembede Street DBN. They told me in the branch they wont be able to help me and they called the call centre and made me speak to them again. The Call Centre consultant informed me I need to sort this at the branch and make a payment there. I was trying to make a payment and settle the outstanding balance and neither the branch or the Call centre could help so I walked away and left it as is. Now FNB has handed me to a legal department and debt collecting agents who harass me 24/7. Whenever they call me I explain myself, they hang up only to find someone new calling me later on the same matter and I have to go through the whole explanation again and again. Can such a big bank like FNB have such poor service ? and no track of how they collect money from clients ? what on earth is going on FNB ? I now have stopped using my FNB account and moved to another. My family and friends that use FNB I have made all stop using their accounts as well.
I just want to extend my gratitude to Zakheer Abdool who was the ONLY one to get progress on my situation I faced over 2 months waiting for my phone.... The first time he assisted me was the same day I was re credited and had taken a new phone from the store. Thank you Zakheer, your customer relations and sense of urgency exceeds that of your colleagues and sets you apart from the rest. Also a young lady by the name of Alisha had also stepped up and concluded a very satisfying service to me. Thank You Kamal
