I sent you an email regarding the contractor that replaced our alarm blew up by storm last year. They still have not sorted it out, you have been wonderful to us, however your contractors are letting you down.
Good morning, I really hate having to lodge a complaint, however I have no choice since I have not had a response to my e-mails. You paid to repair our water pipes but the company who is supposed to put the paving and slab around the pool back which were dug up have not come out since the incident happened 3 weeks ago. I have always had fantastic service from you this is the first time someone is not following though.
Since yesterday I am unable to view and record on both my main explora pvr and my standard pvr. I called the call center who \kindly\" told me even though my account is paid up I am disconnected and \"tuff luck\" I must be patient with a case number and wait 24 to 48 hours!!!! Disgusting, I am paying for something I do not have and off course DSTV who has the monopoly do not give credits for periods you dont have service. In addition to this we applied for a change of ownership and we requested the service to be upgraded from family to premium. I have sent 2 emails and again I am told to wait 48 hours to get a case number. I have not had a response to any of the emails. Your service stinks and you dont care about your customers. Spoke to Thabo and Harriett the supervisor supposed to call back!!!"
A few days ago I noticed that I have lost certain of my channels on both my explora and extraview standard PVR, now the channels are back on the standard PVR but I still cannot access the channels on my explora. Also my TV guide shows no information. I called the 0317102222 number and struggled for hours to get hold of them. I lodged a complaint against a company who installed damaged goods and resulted in blowing up our equipment. Received a copy of the letter that Ntutuzelo Mdingi wrote to the supplier on 10 April 2015 asking the supplier to contact me to resolve the matter. I was asked to inform the if no response was received. i did this on several occasions and got no response. What is the purpose of complaining to NCC???? Disgusting.
I will post a comment on Hello peter about your Watercrest Mall, burger king. The meals are fantastic, the staff are extremely friendly and competent. We absolutely love going there. Please convey this message to all the staff that they need to continue doing what they are doing.

I was billed for telkom to telkom calls in error and an agent called and said a R100 + credit would be passed on my next account. I have just received the account and no credit was passed? Please investigate and advise why, thanks
