Dealt with Brandon Dale. I was sold an ACER laptop- about 3 days later it stopped working, he then replaced it with a lower spec even WORSE laptop, then eventually said I must fetch the 1st one as he fixed it. Got it back only to find out it is still broken. He refused to give me a refund and now I am stuck with a non functional laptop. Besides the fact that I was ripped off, I spend copious amt on petrol and time to try and resolve this issue, which should NOT be my responsibility in the 1st place....but to no avail, I am still at square one with a broken laptop which I can only try and sell for spare parts to try and get some money back .To top it of he has a very bad attitude.
Telkom double debited my Account on 28 May 2020, and STILL suspended my account. After sending multiple emails with my bank statements and phoning a few times, I was told they will reconnect my service within 72 hours. It has been a WEEK and my internet Connectivity is still off!. Basically I have been robbed of more than a week's uncapped internet data and still nothing has been done! This is theft and the absolute height of incompetence!.
Ordered an item, and only AFTER the order was placed does the website inform you of the ridiculous TWO MONTH waiting period !! I was still optimistic and waited 2 months - more than 2 months later still NO product. A friend received her parcel - 3 months later, but she had to go to a post office to collect it and had to PAY for the parcel. The item, (Wallet) was cheap and nasty. It cost her more in shipping fees than what the item is really worth. Avoid this site at all costs - the quality of products and long wait is really not worth it... that is -IF you even do receive your parcel!
<p>Satellite JOY (Telefusion Services cc) preys on unsuspecting customers by GROSSLY overcharging them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Satellite JOY (Telefusion Services cc) was called out on to investigate bad signal issue at a residence.</p> <p>The Technician replaced the satellite dish and receiver, and was on site for about 30 minutes.</p> <p>The amount that was charged came to a total of R2480.00!! I have phoned DSTV call centre and a consultant informed the the installation should have cost R1000 at the most!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very CLEARLY and exorbitant amount and the customer was unfairly overcharged. www.satellitejoy.co.za offers a pensioner discount, which was also not mentioned to the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>As per Satellite JOY invoice:</p> <p>1 x Mild steel dish = R1500.00</p> <p>1 x Single receiver = R280.00</p> <p>1x Labour = R700.00 (time on site 30minutes)</p> <p> </p> <p>It would have been more cost effective for the customer to buy a brand new DSTV decoder with installation for R599. The cost of a 90cm Mild Steel Dish kit is about R700. Satellite Joy DOUBLE charged for the dish!</p> <p>The labour fees of R700 for being on-site for 30mintues is disgustingly overpriced as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>The customer is elderly and was desperate and did not know better. Satellite JOY took advantage of this and grossly overcharged the unsuspecting customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Installers such as Satellite JOY should NOT be supported for their unscrupulous business conduct!!</p>
<p> </p> <p>I am subscribed to the "Super" package . Star Sat has PROUDLY announced a full bouquet of Sports channels....what a load of HOT AIR!! They have 12 "Sports" channels of which NONE air local sports OR big events like the Olympic games!!! I have to tune in to SABC to see international events such as the RIO Olympics. Why bother paying for satellite TV if I have to rely on local channels for the latest?? </p> <p>The Movie and Series channels is a big fat LAUGH. Star Sat seems to pride themselves in airing old rubbish, and for good measure repeat it so much I can recite the words. <br />But wait...there's more! Of the whopping 5 channels that is slightly watchable (the rest are all Chinese and other foreign channels), they try to drive you insane with never-ending ads!! Worst is, they repeat the same ad for MONTHS at a time! I timed it, 5 minute tv, 3 minute ads - It is maddening!</p> <p>R199 pm SEEMS cheap....SEEEEEMS being the operative word here, because Star Sat is not worth spending 1c on.... actually s**** that.... DON'T subscribe, even if they give it to you FOR FREE! Trust me, you will save yourself from loads of time wastage and disappointment (And Psychiatrist appointments).</p>
I have phoned 0860 11 22 44 six times now!! After holding for over 6 minutes with each call, I can hear the consultant picking up the call (can hear back ground talking etc) but the they purposely cut the call!! This is UNACCEPTABLE. I know it is NOT a technical fault - the FNB consultants are dropping calls on purpose!!
I have so many bad experiences with Autopage it is too much to list. Just STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPAGE. I have been with autopage for 4 years, and the have not ONCE received good service and have to constantly fight because I am being over charged. It is exhausting and I don't wish this on anyone. Only reason I stayed with them is because of number portability. But I am now so fed up I willing to forgo my number and cut my losses.<br> They are debiting me for a phone that was paid off months ago. I am being charged for data I have not used. I was told my device would cost a certain amount but when the bill came my new device costs more than what the upgrade consultant sold to me. There is just an endless loop of problems with Autopage. I give up!
There is not enough space to list the problems I have had with autopage.<br> I have been told by a consultant Dyne Daneshka that my subscription incl handset repayment will be a certain amount, when I received my bill the subscription turned out to be much higher. I tried emailing him, phoning him numerous times, but up till today have not heard a word.( I have record of this) Funny though, he was quick to response and 'very helpful' when I was deciding on upgrading or not. I am still being charged for my old device which I should not be. I tried in vain to phone the call centre - after holding for 15 minutes every time I just gave it up. Steer clear from Furniture King in Umgeni Road and - Durban . In my experience, the manager - Marvin, conducts business in an underhanded manner and the goods are over priced. They offer damaged goods at a fraction cheaper than brand new items. On 11/02/2015 I phoned Furniture King to see if they have demo chest freezers for sale. An employee ('Shoes') told me they have one, and I can come collect on Sat. Marvin (manager) then contacted me and I was told If I don't collect the fridge by the following day lunchtime , he is selling it to another customer, even though I was the first to enquire and told to collect Sat! This is nothing short of blackmailing a customer! When I told him this, he blamed his employee and said the employee had his facts wrong, they deal on a 'first come first serve basis' . The customer is not liable for poor management!, besides the fact that this 'blackmail' business conduct of Marvin is unethical. I then offered to do an immediate eft with proof of payment, which was still not good enough for him. Marvin proceeded to be rude and arrogant. He conducts business in a very cunning way and treats customers like dirt for overpriced goods.
