Last year the 24th of December , I bought an iphone 11 pro max on apple bites electronics Instagram page, it was a Christmas special R5400. I even paid R300 for delivery . I did all the transactions and I have screenshots of everything. The person who manages apple bites electronics Instagram page ****med me my hard earned money😭. The experience has deteriorated since Dwayne has left.. I've been a customer since childhood but what I've seen with my family recently is saddening. This precious Sunday, we found the new manager indulging on his Sunday lunch, licking his fingers and didn't even move from the outside area to open space for us... What is more disgusting is how he spoke to his stuff... Yelling so loudly Infront of us and the fish we ordered was cold inside and when we requested to speak to the so called manager, he refused and said he was busy.. I'm definitely not going to support this place because it's more of a circus than a a proper restaurant I grew up knowing

Bad service
Ordered for delivery and after 1 houre wait, we called again and they informed us that the closer, germiston, deliver will take place and only then ours... another hour basically, i went to collect rather my self, manager can't see any problem with the issue, very bad service.

Poor Service/Highly Rude
It is my first time experiencing a restaurant manager that is highly rude on the phone to a customer. My husband ordered grilled chicken at The Apple Bite Roadhouse without any spices for me as my doctor says I must not eat spices...upon receiving my order, the chicken is rubbed with spices all over. I then call the manager to convey my dissatisfaction about spices on my chicken--I told them if they could not grill without spices, they should have told my husband...while on the phone, I thought that he was going to apologise, but he kept on making excuses after excuses...I could not believe it. I was hoping that he would say sorry but he instead hung up on me. I called back to ask why he hung up on me--he said that he is too busy...I could not believe it...I will never set my foot there again. They've just lost 11 customers as my family, including extended family members buy from them. Well done rude nanager for caring about your business...it shows that you do not give a damn about customers nor your business. Very poor service!!! Your attitude highly stinks!!!
