SR250108-520030 still didn't resolve my problem. Got a call since last review on here, said i will get feedback within 24 to 48 hrs, still waiting. Fiber not active foe more than a month now... pathetic. Can't get hold of any manager when asking

Hi. I have made a isp change from my previous isp to webafrica, it was pre ordered so that i shouldn't be down, i am down from last week Wednesday and today is fhe next week monday, end of the dai. This is going on to day 6 tomorrow. Now in the whatsapp chat page i just get ignored from Melissa A. I am communicating from 2pm and still didn't get any reply, it os now 5:15 pm
Had lied to from the sales team. Promised me discount and everything for being an old client but get billed unnecessary, being robbed... communication is worse than bad. Told to write a email to complaints , got 1 reply and nothing there after. Going for 2 weeks now.
Most stupid support and their VOIP doesn't work when calling
Ordered for delivery and after 1 houre wait, we called again and they informed us that the closer, germiston, deliver will take place and only then ours... another hour basically, i went to collect rather my self, manager can't see any problem with the issue, very bad service.
E ery 2nd day or 1nce a week , in load shedding time, the cable here in germiston gets stolen... put security there or cameras to monittor. Sure it will work out cheaper. We been sittting without power for 2 days..... Who replaces all the food that has gone off???
Their the worst if it comes to customer service. The way Vusimuzi treated me was utterly wrong. I raised about 5 issues on my side about my account and all she replies is that i must pay my account. I asked about 3 time who her manager is and didn't reply. Also asked 5 times for someone to phone me. No reply jus. Pay your account.
