Frauds
I got an SMS telling me a "KEYDIRECT lodged a debit order for date 180831 on your acc.for queries call ********** 235 ref *********" I called their call center and the agent mentioned that they got my details from the NATIONAL CONSUMER DATABASE. The operator seemed to acknowledge that they do this a lot.

Good day I received an sms around 00H19 in the evening from a number: + ********** ********** 56 stating, that "KEYDIRECT lodged R115 debit order for date 180831 on my account. and for queries i must call: ********** . I know nothing about this company and i have never heard of them before nor make contact with them and my worry is they even stated my ID number on this sms of which i don't know where the hell they got it. This company needs to be investigated because they can not be sending smses of such claiming to debit amounts on my/our accounts whereas i have never made contact, nor heard of them before. Please assist on this because i cannot be having R115 debited from my account which i know nothing about. These people must stop fraud and robbing people here, we working for our families not them and i'm really ****ed off at this point and i need answers about this. FNB fraudulent Debit orders
Please be aware of these two companies .(usizo 247 and VAR VH) I don't know them can't get hold of them ,worse they will be debuting in my account this month and FNB can't help because they have to debit and then reverse the payment .( two separate sms were sent on my personal phone ).Its sad because there was no agreement and also unknown to me .How they got my banking details it's a mistry.

FNB fraudulent Debit orders

Unauthorised Debit from Bank Account
This company got hold of my personal and banking details without my permission, then proceeded to debit money from my account. Something needs to be done about companies like this! Why do banks even allow this??
