Thank you for the amazing experience. I was referred to your team earlier this year, and I must say, from the very first interaction, I was impressed. The staff have consistently been warm, professional, and friendly. I recently brought my car in for a service and was thoroughly pleased with the overall experience. I was kept informed throughout the process, and the service was completed on time. What stood out most was the team’s willingness to explain the work done in detail, along with any potential issues to monitor going forward. My car is running smoothly, and I noticed an immediate improvement in its performance. I truly appreciated the due care, humility, and personal attention shown, something that’s rare to find these days. Thank you once again for your excellent service. I am a frustrated customer. I paid R20000 for engine overhaul and the results are horrible. Twice I had to take the car in for same problem and it keeps on breaking. I have since paid more than R2000 for towing and all that they say is sorry. They are so unprofessional especially the Princess Branch. Do not take your car there ,You will regret. Jeff from Kagiso. I take my car for service only to find out ther is a ploblem with a cylinder head one of them is brokern they took it to engenering i lost my cylinder head and i buy onother one when they replace it on the car they broke the rocker in to the engen that lead the engen to not working any more i hate wheelsturn i even go there and find mr bongumusa makhathin the owner he promise us that our car will be fixed but no he run and take the side of thabang and lieto mr bongumusa the owner bribe us becouse we even buy onother car but the car was have problem of starter he pretend that he will buy us a starter will we wait for our car to be fixed since 2021-2023 till today they brake our car now all the engen is damage and they do nothing about that,i phone mr makhathini last year october he said hes'on the metting he never phone me back i phone tabang whe he unswer the call he said i must come and take the skorokoro i'am talking about the audi q7 i buy all the part and oil valve and cylinder head also gasket lifter oil they brake it i lost R72000.00 and the engen i'am deeply hurt buy them😭😭😭😭 they broke us deeply

I contacted Leeto from Wheelsturn to Ask for assistance with my malfunctioning car radio. He asked me to describe what the issue was over the phone to which he responded by saying that the radio had to be replaced. He gave me a quote of R3800 which included fitment. He requested that the money be paid before I bring the car in for fitment because the radio would need to be registered with renault so that It can function. On 19 August I made payment and waited for an appointment with the dealership. I took the car to his dealership on 22 September to have the radio fitted. The car was returned later than the agreed time. And only when Leeto arrived with the car did he inform me that he failed to fit the radio. He claimed that there were additional issues to the car that prevented him from being able to successfully fit the radio. He claimed that the new issues where beyond his expertise and promised to arrange a booking with renault so those issues could be sorted at no additional cost to me. He claimed that my car would be taken in as part of a study so no fees would be required. From that date onwards I received no update as to when this supposed booking will be. My messages of enquiry were ignored from that date. On the 12th of November I requested a refund because I did not receive the radio and fitment thereof, as per our initial agreement. Leeto’s response to this request was that I have to be patient. I have been waiting since 22september with no updates from this dealership. I want to take my car to another company that will repair/replace my cars radio without delay. Therefore I need my money back.

I had taken in my vehicle for repairs and after all the service and works I was told that the car needed a thermostat and all will be well but the vehicle started jerking and went back several times to be checked . I took the car in and the thermostat was replaced according to Leeto and Thabang the partners . The car started jerking worse and had to be brought back in and they replaced the whatever seemed wrong according to them and then afterwards I was told I have to replace the thermostat because that one they fitted is not correct. Mr. Leeto told me to go to goldwagen and ask for my refund when he was the one who ordered and replaced the thermostat. I feel I was poorly treated as a customer as the car is sr=till jerking and the thermostat not working . I have all conversation from the start until to date and I want the car in tip top condition and to they are laughing in the background saying that fool.

I took my wife's car in, to get her heater repaired. They advised me it will take a while, so they organised a driver to take me home and collect once the car was done. They even washed the car. Such professionalism, it felt like I went to the big dealerships. I would like to commend them for making feel like a valued client.
