I’m trying to access funds from my access bond and I’m being told my property needs to be re-evaluated. This is extra money that I paid into the account. I’ve never defaulted on making payments. I find the process to be an unnecessary waste of my time and quite frustrating. It also does not make sense to me why I need re-evaluation to get money that belongs to me. I’m unhappy with this policy and I’d like the relevant people to look into this matter

The service at FNB rustenburg mall is disgusting! After waiting for 2 hours for service, they could not assist with a deposit because they claimed to not have enough space in their safe to keep the R5 coins that amounted to R10 000. This follows two days after we were turned away because apparently the deposit section was closed at 16:00 even though the closing time for the bank is 17:00.
I’ve been using Bakwena toll plaza at marikana twice a day for the past 2weeks. I checked my bank statement and on each account my card was swiped atleast 2 extra times than necessary. At first I thought it was a mistake from the person who was assisting but it’s a recurring issue on all the dates that I used the toll gate. Which only leads me to believe that some of the people working there are ******.
I contacted Leeto from Wheelsturn to Ask for assistance with my malfunctioning car radio. He asked me to describe what the issue was over the phone to which he responded by saying that the radio had to be replaced. He gave me a quote of R3800 which included fitment. He requested that the money be paid before I bring the car in for fitment because the radio would need to be registered with renault so that It can function. On 19 August I made payment and waited for an appointment with the dealership. I took the car to his dealership on 22 September to have the radio fitted. The car was returned later than the agreed time. And only when Leeto arrived with the car did he inform me that he failed to fit the radio. He claimed that there were additional issues to the car that prevented him from being able to successfully fit the radio. He claimed that the new issues where beyond his expertise and promised to arrange a booking with renault so those issues could be sorted at no additional cost to me. He claimed that my car would be taken in as part of a study so no fees would be required. From that date onwards I received no update as to when this supposed booking will be. My messages of enquiry were ignored from that date. On the 12th of November I requested a refund because I did not receive the radio and fitment thereof, as per our initial agreement. Leeto’s response to this request was that I have to be patient. I have been waiting since 22september with no updates from this dealership. I want to take my car to another company that will repair/replace my cars radio without delay. Therefore I need my money back.
I'm utterly disappointed in MTN for teaming up with summer mobile. Summer mobile is an incompetent company that does not care about customer service. This company contacted me for an upgrade on behalf of mtn, they have failed to cancel an order for a device and I am now being debited for, a device that I don't have. MTN claim that they aren't able to help in this regard yet summer mobile would not have been welcome had they not presented themselves as a partner with MTN. Stay away from companies that Allow fraudsters such as summer mobile to have access to you!
A week after ordering a Samsung A30 from summer mobile, I called them to request a cancellation of the order. I spoke to a lady called Noma Moko on the 15th of August. She said they still have to log the cancellation and that she will inform me with an update. She did not call. Ok called again on the 21 and 29 August, I was told the same story. I did not collect the phone from the Courier company as I had already informed summer mobile that I would like to cancel. It has been almost 3 months and I am now paying for a phone that I'm not in possession of. I have contacted mtn as my service provider and they say they are unable to assist. Please assist with cancelling this contract ASAP.
